[EVENT] Unarmed and Dangerous ("A Call to Arms" Group One)

Instead of building a wall, Ysera kept watch. Also she looked at the two builders creating their walls. It did appear that one was better at it than the other. Also the guy was trying to build multiple walls at once and it didn't work out that well in the end. Ah well, she figured while packing a snowball.

Noting the new ones appearing, Ysera quickly tossed her snowball at the Shadow at the opposite side of the health orbs before taking a better look at the larger ones. Orb-like Heartless that float. At least they don't hide, the gria figured, but do these die as easily from a little snow like the others? She looked at the Keyblader that had gotten next to her in case he was going to be giving more information. He already explained the green orbs.

The defense on the western front was not only effective, but efficient. With their backs to each other, Riku and Ysera were each able to take down a target. On the east end, however, there didn't seem to be enough time to get all the defenses up, and the nearby Heartless took advantage of that when it casually floated into range, not bothered by the weak impact of a certain bartender's snowball. Though it was lax and slow-going on its approach, there was a major shift in attitude once it was close, as it pulsed with a wicked energy before zipping forward in a frenzy of random sprints and flailing, assaulting the defenders and their walls as it loosed its energy without a care in the world. When it exhausted itself, it seemed to be tired, and perhaps a bit dizzy, but it didn't look like the kind of creature that would let such a trivial thing like fatigue keep it down for long. Meanwhile, the nearby Shadow wasn't able to get into melee range, but it was circling around in its hidden form nonetheless.

Ysera watched the Keyblader move in range and take out the Darkball to the north of them. He had requested her aid, but so far it seemed to not be needed. Looking over at the builders, she quickly noted they were starting to have some trouble. Especially the male builder, who just introduced himself to Ayami as Alexander Sorel. That... does not look good.

The gria started to move, but Ysera doubted she'd get far in the snow that quickly. With the wall blocking her sight on the Darkball, she couldn't really attack either. So she opted to call out to Alexander: "Come over here, you should be able to reach for some health here if you hurry," she called out while pointing at the 6 orbs of health.

Though it had certainly done some damage, the spastic Heartless didn't last long at all. The incoming snowballs sent it to the ground, where it dissipated harmlessly. Of course, that wide grin never left its unchanging face. The last Shadow, clearly unaware of how outnumbered it suddenly was, was busy closing the distance, creeping behind the fleeing defender and stepping up from its flush form to get in position for an attack- An attack that would probably never meet.

That said, they still weren't done coming, as the dark crept ever dimmer, and more portals started opening to the southeast...

Sure enough, the next wave of Heartless wasn't far behind when the last Shadow fell, but unlike the previous waves, this group wasn't coming without some backup of its own. The moment the third Dark Ball appeared with an entourage of Shadows, three more voids opened at the opposite end of the field, heralding the approach of yet more of the violet beasts.
