When cast, it is capable of dealing Critical damage to a singular target. Unlike third-tier and below magick, Hellfire has two innate abilities Magick Pierce unlike its' predecessor, it completely negates any form of magick defense ( to include variations of Shell, Reflect ) [Cooldown: 7 Post or Usable once per thread]
