Prior to smelting down its’ remnants, they were soaked within Alembry, an expensive elixir used by Blacksmith’s to aid in the purification process. The Dark Knight Weaponsmith diligently tolerated the sweltering flames of Dieter’s Hellfire as they’d further separated the impurities. Utilizing an experimental method, Ivonne Menetril, attempted to create an Anima or grant the blade limited sentience – similar to the rumored Fellsword of Ivalican legend. While, it was not entirely successful, Ivonne Menetril’s impromptu usage of a Lich’s crystalized soul that absorbed the spirits contained within Dieter’s previous blade. The result was the birth of the pseudo-anima, Ubel the Lich, whom manifests itself as a phantasmal amaranthine, chattering skull
Ubel’s Legacy : Prior to being vanquished by Helios Ambitions’ Ciru-Ajiru, Ivonne Menetril, and Dieter Wolfram, Ubel was in the nefarious process of experimenting with hexes and curses. His knowledge regarding such taboo subjects was passed onto Dieter, when their fates were bound together by a blood-oath. Enabling Dieter to imbue a strike with Ubel’s enfeebling curses. However, the spell formation passed on was incomplete, resulting in it relying heavily on luck. [ Roll 1d10, if 2 or 7, a target struck is Enfeebled. Enfeeble: decreases the defense of the afflicted, resulting in any damage done increasing by singular tier Light > Medium > Heavy > Massive > Catastrophic > Critical] ( Enfeeble Duration: 2 of targets’ post, Cooldown: Four Posts]
