"My role... continues yet?" the question was asked while the silence continued, Invi looked through the streets, it was quiet there. Oddly so even, but she could feel that darkness had lingered here. As she looked around, what had happened here? Had this place been... broken? Perhaps fallen? No, Invi shook her head, "asleep." It was a strange word to raise perhaps, she did not know. The quiet was a little unnerving, but there didn't seem to be any Heartless either. The Corridors to Light had let her here, but usually she had more knowledge of where 'here' was. Looking around, the streets were usually bustling with life, this did look like the Kingdom of Corona after all. Especially during the princess' birthday the sky would be filled with flying lanterns as a symbol of hope. Yet the houses were empty, void of all life. She had continued to watch throughout time and at one point many worlds had fallen asleep. When Ansem had brought the worlds to Darkness, many worlds had remained asleep afterward. This was definitely in the Realm of Sleep at present, some worlds even had been Between and showed up in both the Realm of Light and the Realm of Sleep. Invi felt she needed to investigate further, though she had presumed that there were the Dream Eaters that should have appeared by now, but none had shown up thus far. "There doesn't seem to be an imbalance either way," she noted while continuing to look around, "still it best to investigate why this place is here. Did it go to sleep for a special reason?" She recalled her Chirithy and wondered if the Master had a hand in this, no his teachings were absolute. Nodding to herself, her feet moved through the streets as she started to head for the castle. Perhaps at the home of the king and queen, she would have her answers. If not, she had a few other options to go after. Though, she wanted to focus on the island kingdom and not head to the mainland, where Old Corona was located. But as she neared the castle, she felt there was perhaps something going on under Corona Castle. |
