The streets were filled with music, laughter and happiness. It was a festival for the princess that returned after so many years of being lost. The whole city of Corona was covered in beautiful flowers, some lanterns hanging around to lighten the streets for the coming night with beautiful motives on them. The people had no worries this day, enjoying and celebrating all together. Lauriam sat close to the water, watching the sun set in the horizon. It was a quieter spot. He couldn't be part of this celebration, in his opinion. He had almost get the princess killed when he was still a nobody and it was a burden. He had jumped through worlds, when he accidentally ended up here. Of course he wanted to leave immediately and continue his journey, but he found himself unable to.. not before he checked on the city and the princess. His actions in this world had caused a panic and he just wanted to make sure everything was okey now. Of course, the heartless were still a problem, but his nobodies no longer lurked on this star. It was better than nothing. Lauriam had also thought about apologizing to the princess about his actions, but if he revealed himself to her, it most likely wouldn't end well for him or the guards nearby. He held a flower in his hand, carefully twisting it between his fingers and rotating it gently. Sitting close to the water and watching the sun set also made him remember his home. He missed it.. he really did. But he knew it didn't exist anymore, most likely. It's been such a long time, after all.
Elrena must be out there. Skuld I found... but what about other survivors? I found no sign of Ventus. I last saw him at the graveyard, but he must have gone back to his new family. Looking for him without any point to start sounds really stupid to me, but have to start somewhere!Moving his free hand to his face, he would move a few strands of the pink hair out of his sight. “The loneliness was easier to deal with, without a heart.. what am I doing?”, he murmured to himself quietly.

Corona... It was a world he had never been to before, but he had to search everywhere. Ventus and Aqua... They were still out there somewhere. He knew he was closing in on Aqua, but as for Ventus... He felt no closer than when he started. Was he really that far away...? He wandered the streets of Corona's capital, donning his full armor, most citizens were understandably weary of his appearance, stepping to the side or otherwise not making eye contact with him. Asking for clues would be...Difficult. Never the less, he still made an attempt, asking the few citizens who weren't avoiding him very specific questions."Have you seen a boy around this tall? He wears a white shirt and has a special sword with him. His name is Ventus. Please, if you know anything you have to tell me."This question he repeated to each and every citizen he could ask, and yet... None of them had an answer for him, it seemed as though Ven hadn't been here at all... He walked down to the docks, staring off at the shoreline across the water."Just where did you go off to this time, Ven...?"He took a seat on the dock right on the edge of the water, his armor being recalled as he returned to his normal form. He wasn't ready to stop looking in this world after only trying for what felt like such a short time, but where else could he turn? If Ventus had been to this world, then surely he would have come to this city, right? Terra glanced over at the former-nobody by pure chance, noting how he seemed to be out of place compared to the citizens here... Another traveler like himself?--- Lauriam

Lauriam watched the water, looking at his own reflection for a while, deep in thought of what his next step should be from here on out. Knowing Skuld was alive really had helped him in a way, but it also created a lot of questions and he wanted them to be answered. He frowned when he heard some people talking nearby, the man having the feeling he had just heard Ventus name be mentioned. It could have been his imagination, of course, but he still decided to listen again. And it was good he did.. the name was mentioned again, this time more clearly. His head snapped to look behind him, just in time to see a flash of light and a figure he knew to enter his vision. That attire had similarities to that of his friend, when he last saw him. This might be his chance. Maybe he has a clue of where Ventus might be? Well.. he was looking for him as well, how it seemed. Maybe they could help each other with this? He got up, eyeing the man that also looked at him right now. “Excuse me...?”
He carefully walked closer to him, eyeing him with interest. “I have a feeling we have met before... You are looking for Ventus, yes?”He offered a smile, stopping on safe distance to the man, should he fell threatened by him in any way. One could never be too careful. Maybe he knew about the organization and him from the blond? Wait.. now that he took a closer look, he had the feeling he has seen that face before somewhere. He took a deep breath, trying to focus on the others image, when a flash of memories came back to him. He had been at the graveyard.. with Ventus and the blue-haired woman. What was her name again? Aqua.. yes, Xemnas had mentioned her before. He grabbed his head for a moment, eyes focusing back to reality shortly after. “You... were at the Graveyard.”

Before Terra really had time to react, it seemed Lauriam had taken the initiative in introducing himself. It seems from the sudden nature of his approach that the keyblader's suspicions were correct - This was definitely an outsider like himself. He would give a nod as Lauriam spoke. Listening to the pink haired man's question. This... Caused Terra's eyes to widen as he stood up in surprise. He gave another nod."Do...You know Ventus? Have you seen him?!"Terra was excited to say the least; he finally found someone who seemed to know at least SOMETHING regarding his friend. It was a step in the right direction, and hopefully one that would bear fruit. He only became even more intrigued as Lauriam placed Terra's last known location - The Keyblade Graveyard..."That's right. But how do you know all of this?"Terra himself sadly couldn't recall seeing Lauriam at all. It was likely he might have spotted the former-nobody when he was but a lingering will, but restored to his own body now... He honestly couldn't remember. Lauriam seemed to know him, at least a little... He cautiously decided to introduce himself, hoping to ease the tension in the air and get some answers:"I'm Terra. As you can already tell, I've...Been searching for my friends. Ventus, I can't find him anywhere."He frowned, he was genuinely concerned for Ventus's safety, where ever he might be. If Lauriam knew where the younger keyblader had gotten off to, Terra could only hope it wasn't far, or... In harm's way. He stood up from the dock, approaching the somebody calmly."Anything at all would help. I...Made a promise to him. I have to make this right."--- Lauriam

Lauriam watched the man's reaction to his words very carefully. He watched every change of expression on his face, trying to read any hidden motives he might could have, hidden somewhere behind this face. He waited till the man was finished with his outburst of what seemed to be happiness, patiently waiting for a opportunity to answer the man. When Terra decided to get closer slowly, the man would step back, showing he was not feeling comfortable with the man getting any closer for now. “It's.. rather complicated.”, he said calmly and collected, hands crossed in front of his chest now, his eyes cast down to the ground as he thought of what to answer to the man. “Yes, I know Ventus. I am searching for him, just like you do. We know each other from.. very long ago, you could say.”He sighed softly, his face turning to the sky, watching the first stars twinkle in the darkness above them, only a few knowing of the real meaning behind their lights. “He is a comrade I lost a long time ago, or at least I thought so. I was robbed from my memories and everything is still unclear at many ends, but I remember him now. He and an other friend of mine are the only clues I have right now to why we are here and how all of this could happen.”
He knew he was speaking in riddles to this man most likely, but he had to be careful what to say to an other keyblade-master. He couldn't bluntly tell him into his face, what his friend might be, but it didn't feel like he was lying to him either by saying it this way. “You may call me Lauriam. I know of the graveyard, because an other version of me was there. Don't worry.. I am not your enemy.”

As he approached and noticed Lauriam's discomfort, he would stop. Strange... The somebody seemed oddly nervous. Well, it wasn't really any of Terra's business he supposed. He allowed Lauriam to attempt to explain to the best of his ability. An old friend of Ventus? Ventus wasn't that old was he? But this man seemed much older going by appearance..."Come to think of it, Ven lost his memories before I met him... But if you're looking for him too, then maybe we can help each other."Terra would think silently for a moment. So it seemed Lauriam potentially didn't have all that much to go on. But this friend he mentioned... Just maybe. He would respond calmly, an important question on his mind."This other friend... Do you think they know where Ven might be? Even just a clue to send us in the right direction would be more than I have to go off of now. I need to bring him back home. It's...Important. To several people. His friends."He would listen with intent as Lauriam introduced himself. He tried to recall all the memories he knew of, but someone named Lauriam... He didn't remember the somebody at all sadly. He gave a nod, introducing himself in turn"I'm Terra."He didn't seem to have any bad intent. He was completely open about why he was searching for Ventus. Was Lauriam afraid he might be out to harm Ven? Strange... He would just have to make an effort to show his good intentions, opportunity willing."I don't think he's been to this world. But... I want to keep looking for a little longer. I have to be sure."--- Lauriam

The Union.Leader kept on watching the man in front of him. It seemed Terra really didn't remember him at all. That was actually good news. So he and Terra could have a normal start without any backstory getting in the way. He sighed slightly, brushing a few strings of hair out of his face as he continued to listen to the man that had once fallen to darkness. The way he was talking about Ventus, it was obvious he cared a lot about the other. Almost like a big brother looking for his sibling. A little smile graced his face when he thought about it that way. Lauriam would help this man in what ever way he could. Even if they wouldn't find Ven on this world, they could still try to find any clues if he was here at any point. “I don't think my friend can help us, Terra. She is who-knows-where in the stars, searching on her own for her lost comrades.”
The young man seemed to think for a moment, closing his eyes. He knew this world pretty well, thanks to his mission in the organization. There are a few spots Ventus might be drawn to. One would be this town, but if Terra had asked around already with no luck, than this might be the wrong place to start. “Let me think.... I think if we search this world together, we can make sure he is not here for certain. There are a few places I can imagine him to visit. We could check them and make sure there are no signs of him having been here. Would that help you, Terra?”He placed a hand on his own chest, offering a encouraging smile to the other. “Let us search together.”

So... This friend of his was on her own search. He didn't know her; her past, who she was looking for, where she had come from, and where she was going - But he understood her mission all the same and hoped that she would find who she was searching for in the end. He simply gave Lauriam a silent nod. It conveyed all the words he could possibly need to say. That aside, Lauriam didn't seem hesitant or cold to Terra's plight. It wasn't long before the somebody offered his assistance. Something Terra would have been a fool to turn down. In the past... He probably would have done so. But if this man knew Ventus too, he couldn't simply throw away an opportunity to find his friend."It would help a lot."He gave an affirmative nod to Lauriam, his armor reappearing in a flash of light."I've searched everywhere in the town outside of the castle. I suggest we search the wilds. If you know your way around the country side we might be able to find somewhere positive. Even just a small clue would be a great help."Terra turned and began walking towards the town's bridge. He wasted no time on moving out. If Ventus was out there, they were bound to find a trace of him. And the sooner they started looking the better. Those clues to his whereabouts could grow cold at any moment. The keyblade wielder made sure to keep his eyes open and alert however, heartless could strike at any moment - And without knowledge of Lauriam's combat capabilities, he didn't want the somebody to be put in any danger. - Both because it was his job to guard the people of the worlds, and because as someone who had offered to help, he couldn't betray that charity. Still... He wondered just how Lauriam was tied to Ventus... If he was, that could very well mean he had some combat experience, but more than that; if he knew Ventus, perhaps he knew of the younger wielder from before his amnesia? There were so many questions, none that could be answered easily.--- Lauriam

Lauriam watched the man, his interest growing the longer he listened to his words and watched how he moved. From the way he stood and talked, it was obvious that he has seen a lot, even with his young appearance. He wasn't as 'old' as Lauriam might be, but the man knew that Terra had been connected to Xehanort for a very long time, from what he had heard from Xigbar. The flash of light drew him back to the present, his head tilting to the side slightly when he analyzed the man's new armor. It seemed connected to the keyblade he was holding somewhere in his heart, but armor being created from ones light? How interesting. Who ever came up with this concept, must have studied the light of the heart for a very long time. Maybe it was connected to the old research of the Master of Masters even? Who knew... He followed the man, when he started to walk to the exit of the town, going across the bridge with him quietly, till they reached the hill outside, his eyes traveling upwards. He moved up his hand, pointing his finger to the top. “There is a place that is connected deeply to this world. The light of his world has been locked up there for a very long time. It's a longer walk from here, but it's a place that I can see him being drawn to.” He moved down his hand again, looking at the man next to him. “Follow me. We will surely meet some enemies on the way, but don't worry about having to carry me through this. I can defend myself.” He started walking than, moving up the long path that led to the forest up ahead. He couldn't help but smile though, when he saw the trees and all the greenery around them. “This world is beautiful. I have not seen many with such a strong essence of life in them.”Terra

"Something deeply connected to the light..."He extended his arm outwards at his side, calling forth his keyblade in a quick flash of light. With his grip tightened around it's hilt, he would swing it once in front of him, seemingly testing his grip to ensure he was prepared for combat."If that's true, Ven won't be the only one drawn to that place."He didn't really have to clarify what he meant. He imagined Lauriam knew as well as he did that where-ever a great light was, heartless would be sure to gather there to take it for themselves. Terra wasn't about to let them endanger this world - Even less so if his friend was there... He followed along behind Lauriam, his guard constantly up and at the ready in case there was trouble. He listened to the Somebody's comments regarding how beautiful the world is. He agreed for the most part, however..."Maybe. Although I can't help but feel like something's off about it, too."There was an odd sense of darkness looming over the bright and un-corrupted nature of this forest. Maybe it was just his past coming back to skew his perception. After all, this forest reminded him of a place he had visited long ago. Some place he would rather forget. Maleficent's home world... He tried to shrug off the past by making conversation with his new found traveling partner."So this place we're heading to... What exactly is it? It must be pretty important if Ven would be drawn to it as well."As he walked along, he watched the birds in the trees moving about. He surveyed their movements to discern whether or not their movements were panicked or calm. From an outward glance it... Certainly seemed as if Terra was fixed in a "Combat mode" right now...--- Lauriam

I am coming for you. Please wait for me.
The Somebody let the way, walking up the hill with the young man at his side. He put on a little smile as he listened to the man and watched his actions with a soft tilt of his head. It seemed Terra was pretty stiff and worried that something could attack them any moment. It was a good trait to be on guard in an unknown place, but for Terra it seemed to be more than just a little habit. What he said was true, of course. A place that radiates light always calls the heartless to it. That is why the town was filled with guards these days and it was a good thing they didn't take these creatures lightly. His remark about the forest was also true. It seemed calm right now, but he could feel an uneasiness in the trees and the surroundings, the man touching a tree they passed for a moment, brushing his fingers along it to get a better connection to the surroundings for a moment. Life was going on as usual, but he could feel the touch of darkness in the roots of the wood, their shadows moving around in many parts of this world and infecting it with it's presence. He clicked his tongue, tapping his hands from the strange feeling he had experienced just now.
“Every world that has been infected with the heartless feels like this. I guess you get used to it after a while?”
Lauriam shook his head slightly, looking at the hand he had touched the flora with. “I think.. part of it is also my fault.”, he murmured, looking at the ground in a slight wave of shame. The worlds state had also been effected by the actions of his nobody, Mother Gothle's fate one of many examples. Not to mention the presence of his nobodies, that had been in this world for such a long time. The Forest was still trying to recover from it.
“It's a tower, we are heading for. A Princess of Light had been locked up in there for many years, so it is still filled with a strong presence of light, even after she left. I can imagine such a strong presence on a location might draw Ven there. It is worth a look.”
When they reached the top of the forest, the man would turn around to take a look at the lake from above, watching the celebration go on in the town. He watched them for a moment, feeling a painful tug at his heart. “You are right, tough.. we should be on guard on the way.”
