Snow White
Nickname:
Snow
Age:
19
Gender:
Female
Job:
Princess of Heart ; housekeeper.
Side:
Light
Family:
Father - King (formerly) deceased
Mother - deceased
Stepmother - Queen Grimhilde/ Evil Queen - presumed deceased

Other family - The Seven Dwarves.
Personality:
Snow White is a sweet, loving, gentle, innocent young woman. She has a soft heart and caring nature, and will help anyone in need. She has a gentle spirit, but she can be firm and determined when she has to be (ask the dwarves, especially when she tells them to wash up for dinner). She can be easily startled, but this is usually because she spends most of the day by herself or with animal friends. She has a sweet temperament, partly due to her youth, but mostly it's because of her beautiful heart and soul. She has not a speck of darkness, malcontent, or ill will in her. Her devoted nature can get her in trouble, however, as she is willing to give (almost) anyone the benefit of the doubt and willingly takes people at their word. This is partly thanks to being in such a shut-in environment growing up, and how she had to find a sanctuary from her stepmother.
(After the apple incident, however, she has learned to be a little more cautious about strangers and accepting things from them)
She isn't afraid to get her hands dirty, and that's not metaphorical. She was given chores and cleaning tasks growing up, and she did this cheerfully, without complaint. She takes care of things around the Dwarves' cottage happily, making sure things are kept clean and tidy, beds made, floors swept, food ready for when they get home.
Snow White believes in True Love, and is certain that her wishing brought her The Prince. He is the other half of her heart, as their hearts are one, in a manner of speaking. She is happiest when with him, but she doesn't mind when he is away tending to his kingdom, knowing that they can never truly be apart with True Love. She is ever-optimistic, not one to despair or to complain, she is a constant source of cheerfulness and seeing the 'bright side' of things. She likes to reassure others that 'things will be all right, just wait and see'.
History:
Snow White was born during a snowy season to her parents, who were King and Queen of their realm. Her mother died shortly after Snow was born, and she doesn't really remember her; her father remarried, giving Snow her stepmother Grimhilde. But tragedy was not finished with the family. Snow White's father passed away sometime after, and Grimhilde became Queen, while Snow was now parentless. She was given all the chores to do, but even with the hardship and her loss, Snow White retained a gentle spirit and cheerful demeanor, and as time passed she grew, both in spirit and in beauty. She had a beautiful singing voice, too, and she would sing as she did her chores, and birds and others would join in. She believed that someday love would find her, and to her utter surprise, a Prince did. Startled at first by his sudden appearance, she overcame her surprise when he sang to her of the same desire, and she talked with him, feeling they had a kindred connection.
A short time later, she was allowed to go out and pick wildflowers on a beautiful sunny day. This was a luxury, and Snow White was overjoyed. She was accompanied by a Huntsman, who was presumably there to escort her. Her enjoyment of the wonderful day was suddenly darkened by the Huntsman's looking presence; he held a knife! However, he told her that he just couldn't, he couldn't kill her, no matter what the Queen might think. Snow White pleased for him to let her go, that she would hide and never come back. He agreed, told her to run, to go far away.. She did so, fleeing into the woods, and shortly thereafter got lost. Everything seemed to reach out to get her, terrifying creatures seemed to be everywhere, danger was on all sides! She collapsed in despair, sobbing.
But things were not as scary as they seemed, as woodland creatures came out to see what was going on. She made friends with them, singing to them, and looking around as she realized with certainty that she really had nowhere to go, or to stay, and she absolutely could not go home. Her new friends led her to a cottage in the forest at the edge of a clearing, and she was grateful to them and also uncertain as to whether anyone lived within. Upon entering, she realized that it was terribly dirty and things were really a mess and unkept. With the help of her friends, she cleaned up the house and even started a pot of food cooking. All of the anxiety she had been through caught up with her, and she grew very tired. Upstairs she discovered little beds, and each had a name on them. She puzzled over this, but only for a little while as sleep carried her off into slumber, comfortably settled on the beds.
She was awakened some time later, and startled when she saw she was being watched by Dwarves! However, she quickly understood that this was their home, and correctly named each of them in connection with the names on the beds. They were charmed (except Grumpy) at meeting such a sweet girl, and she begged them to let her stay, and told her story. It was agreed that she could stay, if she kept the place up while they were at work.
And so she spent the days cooking and cleaning, happy in her solitude and singing as she went along with life. An old woman showed up, startling Snow White, but she quickly regained her composure and conversed politely with the woman. Surprisingly, her forest friends tried to attack the woman, so she ushered her inside. The old woman offered her an apple, and told her it was magical. Though at first she was unsure, the old woman assured her it was true, and so Snow White made a wish, and took a bite of the apple. She wasn't sure what happened next, but she fell into a deep sleep.
She was awakened by a kiss, and opened her eyes to see the Prince she had met what seemed like so long ago, her soulmate, her True Love. She rode off to spend some happily ever after time with her Love, but after promised the Dwarves she would come and visit often.
In the Kingdom Hearts adaptation, Terra is the huntsman, and makes the same decision not to kill her, but frightens her off when he summons his Keyblade to fight off Unversed who appeared. Her world falls to Darkness, and she was kidnapped by scary Heartless, and put into a deep sleep by Maleficent. Her heart, along with the other princesses, was used to form the Keyblade of Heart, but they were freed by Sora's brave actions. She joined the other princesses in containing the threat of spreading Darkness with a magic shield they conjured together; though it was not easily held, and couldn't last long, they were able to contain it until Sora sealed the Keyhole. Shortly after this, with her world restored, Snow White returned to her world and her friends.

Snow White hummed happily, putting the finishing touches on a perfect tray of delicious pies ready to be baked. She had chosen to make one pie for each of her Dwarf friends, with each pie containing the fruit that each Dwarf liked. She had found blackberries, raspberries, blueberries...even some strawberries. She dusted flour from her have, smiling brightly and looking to the window, where a bluebird friend sat watching her, and eating a few of the crust trimmings she had given him. He had joined her in singing, and for his sweet accompaniment she had thanked him with a tasty treat.
"I do think they'll like having their own pies, don't you? I think these are rather sweet. It's something of a thank you to them for letting me stay here with them."
She sang as she placed the pies in the oven, and then checked the stew that simmered over the cheerfully crackling fire. It filled the downstairs of the little cottage with a wonderful aroma, and she knew that dinner would be enjoyed by happy friends. She hoped that nothing bad or related to the Darkness would interrupt their lives again. Things were much nicer when the sun shone golden in the sky, and her forest friends could frolic in the meadow outside the cottage. She moved to stand in the doorway, sighing happily and leaning against the door frame. It really was a beautiful day.
