Evade Magick: Syel acts automatically to magickal attacks made upon her. All spells used upon her is lowered by one tier in damage, but all physical attacks made to her is one tier higher than normal. This is a passive ability.

Absorb MP: Whenever Syel casts a spell, she can lower the cooldown of another spell by half the amount as the cooldown of the spell she just casts, but rounded down. Examples: A spell with 4 post cooldown would reduce another cooldown by 2 and a spell with 3 post cooldown would reduce another cooldown by 1. She can do this four times before this goes onto cooldown. 4 post cooldown.

notes here [attr="class","kikan"]  Well, if it isn't my favorite Viera Green Mage, so while your first ability is perfectly acceptable, the other one myself and Yazoo decided that in order to make it more balanced, it'd be far more appropriate to use half the cooldown rounded down. So in the cast of a 3 turn cooldown, it'll reduce it by 1 turn, if it is 5, 2, and 7 would be three and so on and so forth. The number of uses can remain the same if you make that change.
