Biora: the second tier of necrotic magick, more commonly utilized by cultist’ or assassin’ arsenal. Unlike its’ standard counterpart, when manifested by Dieter, it is created as nauseating black miasma. However, when it is near its’ intended target, it congeals into a nauseating mess that deals medium posion damage, not to mention it possess an offset chance of inflicting the poisoned status [1d10, if 7, poison is inflicted – 5% per round ] (Duration 2 RD: Cooldown: 3 RD)
