When Sora attempts to use Drive for a change in Form, a dice of ten sides must be rolled to determine if the dark has its day. This is a representation of Sora's buried darkness sometimes overcoming him. While normally low, the chance increases while in the presence of persons possessing hearts corrupted by, lost to, or obsessed darkness yet retaining sentience (thus excluding typical Heartless but including individuals such as Ansem, Seeker of Darkness). On a roll of 1 Sora will activate Anti Form normally (10%), when the chance is increased all odd numbers result in Anti Form (50%).
In this form, Sora's offense and speed are greatly increased at equally great cost. He is unable to recover health while in this state but his claws alone can deal devastating blows because his body has become one with the malefic force of evil. Coupling that power with absurd speed, the darkling is able to evade attacks with ease. Yet the drawback of his recklessness is that he takes much more damage from all sources as the darkness is unstable and rejects caution in all decisions. In the eyes of anti form, every vulnerability is to be exploited.
These enhancements have greater manifestation in form specific abilities requiring upgrades to this power though even without them the form is a threat to the unprepared. Non-Anti Form abilities cannot be used for the duration of Anti Form.[Duration 3 posts; cool down: one drive form per thread & prevents the use of "Limit" Abilities as well.]

So it's no surprise that the darkness reveals itself when least expected. Reason is lost to feral aggression just as color is lost to the dark ink that coats the boy from head to toe. Wisps of darkness leak from his claws as well as from his back, clouding his quick movements in a haze of black smoke. Two yellow orbs contrast with the faded blue left on his clothing. He may appear to be a sentient silhouette of himself, but really he is a beast crawling on all fours.
