Learn to Fly | Travel through multiple worlds wasn't too much of an inconvenience for her, yet the being trapped in confinement was a bit of a change. Even the dreaded Captain Hook allowed her some freedom before trapping her within some kind of container to be used as bait. Though in this case, she didn't imagine she'd be able to explain that to her captors. They were all but mindless at this point. Shambling shadows that marched with heavy footsteps and the clank of their armors seeming to echo with each step. Her eyes would narrow as she looked on from her glass jar, her fist pounding against the glass only once as she knew by now that her efforts of escape would not get her any further. She wasn't meant to be contained, she was meant to be free, as any pixie or normal being. With her legs crossed, she felt the bump of their movements, causing her body to shift, yet she readjusted herself in her stubbornness. She wouldn't let the monsters see her in any discomfort.
If she was to be a hostage, she surely wouldn't be a damsel. Screaming to deaf ears for them to release her. Yet, rather than going to the likely of locations, she soon found herself in one that was completely new. Familiar yes, but it wasn't any that she had seen before. Her gaze wandered towards the standing tower in the distance, reminding her of the place called London and where the ugly girl and her like resided. It gave her a faint sense of hope, almost as if she might not be too far for Peter and the others to find her. Yet, as the colors began to meld into one another, the light of day gave her a slight pit in her stomach. She could barely see any stars, and none of them were familiar to the one she knew well. No matter how far right she may have glared, she could not spot the one that would take her home. It was another world, a place where she didn't belong. As the creatures continued their march, she allowed her self to rise up, her hands bracing the glass while she continued to scan for an opening of escape. Yet, with the cork heavily implanted over head, there was chance of that.
So she lingered, kicking up the small bits of dust that had gathered from her own being, looking around as her eyes narrowed. Despite as many terrible thoughts she had to what she might do to her captors, it mattered little if she couldn't be free.

Well this was nice. A quiet town in a near permanent sunset? Why couldn't Alwyn have gotten a place here instead of the noisy hustle and bustle of Ivalice? Ah well, beggers couldn't be choosers. Still, if Ivalice couldn't be a viable place, Alwyn could find a nice spot here. Though, there were some downsides to this world. Namely, everyone kept asking why Alwyn wasn't in school or why he wasn't home doing his homework. He was twenty-three, for crying out loud. Or twenty-four. It had been a while since he bothered to keep track of his birthday. Regardless, it was kind of rude for fellow adults to be treating him like some snot-nosed kid. Some even asked if he was going to particpate in something called the "Struggle Tournament", based on his staff which they very rudely again called a "Stick". Knowing Zest would be very unhappy if he found out Alwyn had very lightly set their clothes on fire, the wizard of black magic let it be. He decided to head on over to the Station Plaza to Warp out. That place seemed pretty deserted for the most part and he didn't like anyone seeing him Warp to another world, or worse still, try and catch a ride.
As Alwyn walked through the alleyways, he saw a group of black creatures heading the same way he was. What were these things? Then Alwyn saw the curious emblem on their bodies. Were these the things that people in Ivalice we're talking about? The things that started haunting the waterways? If so, then it was extra curious how they managed to spread to another world entirely. Alwyn took another peek and saw one of them carrying a jar with a bright light inside. Alwyn was immediately reminded of an event in his past and took a closer look. Yep, that was a faerie alright. He sighed, knowing he'd have to free another faerie. Again. Just like when he had to do it for the Faerie on his world. To be fair, that one did give him and his friends the Oxyale they needed. Regardless, this one was in just as much danger. Alwyn rounded the corner and whistled to get the Heartless's attention. This worked more than he could've imagined as they immediately turned and pranced towards him, the one carrying the jar even putting it down to join his brethren. However, before they could attack, Alwyn cast his Thundaga spell, causing huge bolts of lightning to be called down and smite the Heartless where they stood. They disappeared in a puff of black smoke and Alwyn smiled a bit. He still had it, after all these years... or those were weaklings. Regardless, it was done and Alwyn walked over to the jar, looking into it at the tiny pixie inside. "Right, let's get you out of that cramped space." Alwyn said as he, with some difficulty, opened the jar's lid.

Learn to Fly | There was no telling just where the black creatures were taking her. Though she had a feeling it was too their leader. As she felt the sudden jolt of them setting her down, she took just one more attempt at trying to free herself, her head hitting the top of the lid as she felt flat down upon her surface of the bottom. Feeling her head as if search for a lump, it seemed as if her fate was sealed, yet then lighting seemed to form suddenly from the sky. It was so sudden that she even felt herself at a lost, though she quickly recognized it.
Magic....
While she knew Peter wasn't capable of such a feat, her faith towards release was recognized by an unfamiliar figure as the creatures were quickly dispatched of. Her eyes wide, she figured the being was just another person attempting to keep her contained. Yet, he seemed to speak of releasing her, struggling at first, but soon clearing the top that had been over her head for what felt like an eternity. With her freedom assured, Tinkerbell wasted not a moment for her to be outside, her hands stretching to the the sky as her arms released small bits of dust as she looked around her. Clearly, this wasn't any location she was familiar with, soon drawing close to her liberator with a blank expression. Examining him, she would then vocalize her frustration, stating how she had been capture in a display of physical movement. Though soon, she bowed her head in thanks as she then blinked as she flew in closer, as if asking for the individuals name, her gaze seeming to linger into his soul before seeing the figures starting to form at her back. More dark creatures seem to arise, their form s more armors and ready for battle.

Alwyn smiled as the pixie looked around her surroundings. Well, that was a job well done. Time to get out of here and Warp back to Ivalice for a nice evening in. Maybe some books and some tea would do nicel- WHOA, there was the fairy again. After looking around, she came back and gesticulated wildly at Alwyn. Guess she can't speak my language. Still, not too hard to guess what she's trying to say. He thought as he watched the pixie vent her frustrations. He nodded and smiled. "They won't bother you again, little one. Though I'm surprised a fairy is here on this world..." Then the fairy bowed and flew closer, seemingly curious as to who Alwyn was. He scratched the back of his head. "Name's Alwyn. Pleasure to meet you. I hope you manage to find your way home. I... well, let's just say I'm not from here." Alwyn wasn't sure he could help this pixie find her way to whatever Faerie pond she called home. If they even live in ponds on this world.
That's when the black creatures came back, forming out of pools of inky blackness. Alwyn immediately put himself between the pixie and the creatures. He didn't understand why they wanted the pixie so badly, but apparently they planned to get her come hell or high water. "Damn... just what ARE these things?! Look, little one, you best get outta here while you can. Get home or at least find someplace to hide until these creatures leave." Alwyn then spun his staff and cast a Fira spell at his enemies, causing pillars of fire to spring up to burn them alive. However, unlike the last group, these ones were only reduced in their numbers, not gone completely. "Don't worry about me. This isn't the first fight I've been in. Take care of yourself!"
-----------
Thundaga: Alwyn calls down a thunderstorm that would be the envy of Ramuh, if Alwyn knew who that was. This move targets all opponents and inflicts heavy Electric damage. [Cooldown: 2 posts]
Fira: Alwyn creates fire pillars under his opponents, which explode upwards in a cataclysmic tower of fire. Deals medium Fire damage. [Cooldown: 2 posts]

Learn to Fly | A silent sigh would escape her lips, her arm being limp as she looked towards the dark clothed figure as he seemed to believe that she was safe now upon being free. As much as she might have appreciated the thought, she soon realized that that idea was as mute as she was, the creature soon returned in full force as they seemed to surround the stranger. In hearing his claim that she were to run, the pixie would shake her head as she soon turned to stare down the attackers, seeing the spell cast upon them by the dark mage as they were cast under a pillar of fire.
As he stated his plea for her to run away, the fairy had nowhere to run to. An unknown world with no one that was familiar to her, she began to realize her safety in sticking with someone that was at least aware of danger, soon reeling her hands back as she held her tongue out slightly before flicking in and out with a flash of dust. Her appearance would soon be moving around one of the targets as they began to spin within a tornado, they body floating in the air briefly before landing on the surface as if they were attempting to try to regain focus. Clapping her hands as if she had down a job well down, the fairy would then gesture for the mage to finish off said effort, her body floating to the side just in time to avoid getting stuck by a blade, her body shuttering as she would cross her arms while jotting her tongue out as if to tease them.

What a pain. One of these days, Alwyn was just going to learn to be lazy and just enjoy good books for the rest of his days. This was hero's work... ok, well, he WAS a hero but that was the keyword in that statement. WAS. But now he was in an alleyway protecting a pixie from weird creatures made of what could only be congealed Darkness. He told the pixie to run away, but she stubbornly refused. Great, now the faerie was being a hassle. "Look, we don't have time to argue about this. I got this, you-" Then the pixie picked up one of the enemies by spinning around it until she conjured a tornado and smashed it into the ground. Alwyn was stunned. Faeries most certainly didn't do THAT in his world. "I mean... or you could do that, that's fine, too. I prefer it, really." Alwyn then noticed that she was signalling him to finish the job, something the mage was all too happy to do. He cast a Blizzara spell on the surrounding enemies and watched as they got impaled with sharp icicles. His glowing eyes now seemed to be emitting some sort of cold, blue energy. In fact, they had been reflecting the elements of the spells that Alwyn had been casting. However, before the spell could deal with all of the Heartless, one of the armored ones took a swipe at Alwyn, grazing his arm in one last defiant stand. Soon, the alleyway was barren of all but Alwyn and the pixie. He sighed as he waited a bit for any more reinforcements to come out of the woodwork.
After a few quiet minutes, he looked at the pixie. "Well, at any rate, it's not safe, let's go somewhere else for the time being and think about what to do next." With that, Alwyn continued towards the Station Plaza, hoping there would be people around to deter any of those things from attacking again. Once they got there, Alwyn saw it was empty but there were none of those things. Finally, some peace and quiet for once. Now he could think about the situation at hand. Namely that he had a pixie that he impulsively freed from captivity. Unfortunately, Alwyn remained unsure if this fairy was native to this world or a traveler like he was. A native he could handle, a traveler would be somewhat tricky considering Alwyn still wasn't sure how many worlds there were and Warping to a place he hadn't been to was not the greatest idea even in the best of times. Well... might as well make the best of it. "So... you got a name? Oh right, you don't talk... um... see if I can find a piece of paper." Alwyn then winced as his arm wound flared in pain when he tried to search his pockets. Alwyn inspected it and found it wasn't too bad. He'd had far worse from monsters on his world. Still, he'd probably need to stop by the shop for a potion before leaving this world. "Man, that stings a bit, huh?"

Learn to Fly | The battle had come to a quick end, leaving the two soon alone within the alleyway as victory was quickly achieved. It was rather surprising how quickly the mage had handled the shadow creatures, though she had to admit that it was more than impressive. Still, he did have her there to aid him. As she would twirl around in a small cheer of success, she would then blink as he suggested that they leave the area, soon trailing after him as swiftly as her wings would take her.
Like a glowing ball of light, the pixie would take a good look around her once again, seeing the change in her surroundings as they appeared to arrive in what looked like that of a station. With a large clock tower standing overhead, it reminded her almost of that of London, quickly causing her to fly passed the black mage as she zipped upwards to get a better look. Crossing her arms, she'd soon see that while it was similar, it wasn't the same causing her to release a silent sigh as she returned back to his side. At this point, he seemed to be trying to get her name, though soon remembering that she didn't talk. A frowned crossed her lips, eyes rolling as she knew this was a false assumption. The truth was that she was talking, only that he didn't understand her. Still, he seemed to be on the search for some means for her to communicate with him, suddenly winching in pain from what looked like a bad injury to his arm.
Widening her gaze, the fairy would quickly fly over to him, leaning down to look it over with a blank expression. It wasn't too serious, but she could see and understand why it would hurt. In stating that it did indeed sting, Tinkerbell would hold up her hands, eyes closed as if she were a professional at work. With the illusion of rolling up her sleeves, she would reel both hands back before soon flicking what looked to be brightly colored dust. As the particles would drop slowly from her fingertips, soon landing upon the area in which he had indicated was causing him pain. Within moments, it would start to glow within a radiant light, causing it to slowly fade as it was start to heal on it's own.
Seeing that her work was done, the Tinker fairy would then land upon his forearm, taking a bow as a look of satisfaction came over her. She did indeed owe him for what he had done. Otherwise, it was likely that she would have still be locked in that jar. Though now that she had her freedom, she was able to find her way home. But, she still had no idea as to where she was? Perhaps this boy would know? It was a thought at least.
Technique used:Twinkle:Actively using her pixie dust around others, she is able to gradually heal them of previous injuries for a short period of time.[Cool-down-2/Duration-2]

James had not heard of the world before visiting but he had really been world hopping to find suitable places to visit and possibly make friends. This world was called Twilight Town according to what Koa' had told him and she did tell him a lot about it like this place is an eternal sunset thus the name.
James had heard speaking near where he was but it sounded a lot like Koa' which was strange since Koa' was essentially like the fairies back home in Copia. That's when he saw it, it was indeed a fairy and she was healing someone, presumably after a battle to save her.
James approached the two as Koa' had shown herself as her ball of light form and examined Tinkerbell by moving in front of her and circling around the fairy then went back to hover near James. "Oh don't mind Koa' she just hasn't seen another fairy before. Fairies are rather rare where I come from."
James said with a smile. He then glanced over to the man seeing as he wound was now healed by said fairy. "Wow she can heal wounds too? Must be a common thing for fairies I suppose." James slapped the back of his head in embarrassment as he had forgotten something. "Oh sorry I forgot to introduce myself. My name is James and this is Koa'."
James said reaching his hand out for a handshake. "From the looks of things you two were attacked by those Heartless things just now. I wish I could have been here sooner to help stop them." James would chuckle as he looked back to Tinkerbell with a smile.

Alwyn watched the wounds as they were healed magically. So she could create twisters AND heal wounds. That was handy. Still, there was the slight problem with communication but Alwyn seemed to at least understand the gist of things well enough. Suddenly he heard footsteps and looked over his shoulder, gripping his staff. He didn't wheel around since the fairy had decided to rest on his forearm and the mere motion of suddenly turning would probably have left her quite dizzy. However, it was for the best when what came around the corner wasn't another Heartless, but a blonde boy with a... ball of light following him? As the boy drew closer, he watched as the ball of light suddenly flew towards the fairy he saved and circled around her. No, not a ball of light, but a fairy? Did Alwyn miss some sort of fairy convention in town? The boy immediately mentioned that he wasn't from here, which only made Alwyn wonder if he fell through some unstable portal, too. "Koa, huh? Yeah, we have faeries where I am, too. Granted, usually they live in faerie ponds... or get sold by nomad caravans." The boy seemed friendly enough, anyways, as he introduced himself.
"Well, James, I'm Alwyn and this is... well, I'd introduce you to her, but I still haven't quite got her name. She's either mute or I don't understand her language and really, either is likely. All the faeries I've met on my world spoke our language. Granted, that was only one fairy." Alwyn then sighed and shook his head. He was rambling again. This boy didn't need to know every single detail. "Well, apparently, some of those things had caught this little one in a jar and were taking her to who knows where. I don't quite understand it myself, but I figured I couldn't let her be at the mercy of those... 'Heartless', you call them? That's basically the whole story." Alwyn chuckled a bit as the boy mentioned he should've been there to help. "Don't worry about it, I've faced things that were the stuff of nightmares. Those guys were just small fry." Still, "Heartless", huh? Could they be the very same creatures that infested Ivalice? "Wait, you say you're not from around here? But you know about these Heartless, right? Does that mean they're present in more than one world?"

Learn to Fly | There was a slight jolt in his sudden movement, but he seemed to realize her lack of full grip as his motions slowed. Still, in turning to see just who it was, she found herself with a blank expression as a ball of light seemed to rush quickly over to her. Seeming to examine her, Tink's gaze grew as she floated up, circling the illuminated being as rapidly as it was going around her. Within moments though, the pixie would soon start to wobble a bit, her hand holding her head as to keep herself from becoming dizzy. Though the larger figures seemed in mild conversation about their own interactions with fairies, she was having a hard time figuring out if Koa was indeed that or something more. She seemed to radiant a different kind of magic, one that she hadn't felt from any others of her kind save for Queen Clarion. Yet as she cupped one hand under her chin, her head would tilt slightly as she did start to see some faint resemblance.
Though before the fairy could very well figure them out, Alwyn's comment on how fairies were treated in his world, causing her to gasp before glowing red all over.
"How can humans honestly think thats any way to treat someone! Their no better than pirates!"
It was a silent hope that perhaps her words wouldn't go on deaf ears, especially if this being was indeed like her, still, she would find her gaze narrowed at the two boys before crossing her arms as she continued to listen to them. As her new found companion stated his name at last, he seemed to once again mention how he wasn't able to understand her, causing her to sigh as her seemed to grit her teeth in anger at not being able to really be heard.
"Tinkerbell!! I"M TINKERBELL!!"
Further trying to communicate, she would shake her hip to the side, creating a chime as if from a bell, holding her arms out to put even more expression into the display. Still, it seemed that the subject matter had moved on, this time to that of the heartless. While Alywn only now seeming to discover the names of those dark creatures, James seemed to have already been aware of it. He even seemed to mention that they were on his world as well, catching the mage off guard and giving him a moment of surprise. With her seeming to have calmed herself down, the tinker fairy would continue to listen on, seeming interested in this change. She had thought that Sora and the others had more than dealt with those monsters long ago. But it seemed as if it wasn't true. A part of her worried, but she couldn't say that she didn't trust that her friends would be okay.
Peter was strong...and so were the other lost boys. Her friends in pixie hollow wouldn't give up either and they would take care of each other. But she didn't like being away from them, especially if they could be in danger. She had to find a way home, but how was she going to do that if she couldn't talk to these two.
Looking from one face to the next, she would then snap her fingers, flying back over to the ball as she began to wave her hand in front of it.
"Um hi....Your human....can you speak to him for me? Tell him that the heartless shouldn't be here or anywhere at all...I helped to stop them...well..sorta....I was there though! They should be all gone!"
The urgency in her tone seemed to just grow as she soon was waving both hands.
"Helloooo? If you can hear me? Tell him that if they are here...they would be capable of being everywhere...until all the worlds are filled with them...."

As the fairy seemed to try to communicate to the two Koa' noticed as the the fairy tried to then communicate with her. Koa' would find these actions adorable in her opinion, but she would nod her non existent head to Tinkerbell making it look like she bounced a little in the air.
"I will speak to James and relay your words to the both of them." she would say to Tinkerbell in the fairy language making only Tinkerbell able to hear her words.
James was in the middle of conversing with Alwyn as he would try to explain what the heartless were to the best of his ability.
"Basically from what I was told Heartless are many in number and very evil creatures, at least to my knowledge. But I was also told they are on many other worlds too." Koa' took Tinkerbell's words to heart and conveyed them to James by floating in front of the two.
"What is it Koa'?" James would ask seeing Koa' convey Tinkerbell's words to him.
"Young chosen this fairy girl is named Tinkerbell and she has claimed to me that these Heartless were supposed to be destroyed a long time ago. She has also told me that she helped to stop these creatures in the past and they should not exist any longer." Only James and Tinkerbell could hear her words but not Alwyn.
"I see." James would say then nod his head.
"Alwyn apparently she is named Tinkerbell and these heartless despite being many in number they should not be around any longer as Tinkerbell helped to stop them in the past."
James said with a bit of concern. "But if that is true then how come they are back?" James wondered audibly as he pondered in thought.

Alwyn shook his head. Of course it couldn't be that easy, could it? "Sounds like a real problem. I'm currently staying on a world called Ivalice and there's been talk of creatures like them roaming around. Looks like my hope for seeing the last of them was merely wishful thinking." Alwyn was then surprised by the fairy's rather eccentric display of anger. "Whoa, hey, hold on there, little one, it's not my fault I don't speak fairy." Suddenly, James said that his companion found out the fairy's name and even a little bit a backstory. "Tinkerbell, huh? Well, it's a pleasure to meet you. Though I'm as curious as you are as to why they're here at all if they're supposed to be destroyed. I mean, I just learned what those things are called a few minutes ago." Alwyn thought for a bit. Perhaps the emergence of these Heartless is connected to those portals that appear out of nowhere and bring him to new worlds. It was a bit of a stretch but considering these things appeared on multiple worlds, it made some amount of sense. "Sheesh... as if it wasn't bad enough I keep getting thrown through those weird portals. I hope my home world's doing alright. It was bad enough having to deal with a Demon King." Alwyn wasn't especially fond of home, but it's not like he wanted anyone there dead.
Alwyn then hit on something. "Wait, Tink, you helped fight against the Heartless. You wouldn't happen to know anyone else who helped fight them? Maybe they know why they're back." It made sense to him, at least. Finding anyone who knew of why these Heartless were attacking would be a big help, especially any more information about them. Of course, it would take a little while to get an answer as Koa would have to act as translator. Alwyn made a mental note to learn Tinkerbell's language. He had a feeling that she'd be around him for a bit longer. He wasn't quite sure what James's deal was, but he seemed to handle himself if he already knew about the Heartless. Maybe Koa helped in some manner? Who knew at this point?

Learn to Fly | A bit of excitement came over the pixie's face in hearing the glowing orb respond to her request. At least it meant that there were others that could understand her. It was enough to make her clap her hands in delight, looking over towards the two with a grin as her message was taken into account. While perhaps not a complete fairy, this being, was magic in nature. It was the only other explanation she could think of, and even then it might be wrong. But that hardly mattered at the moment, as it seemed like it was no longer a one-sided conversation.
As she nodded towards them in them seeming to now know her name, they would once again reflect on the meaning behind just why these creatures were indeed back? That was certainly the question, and she didn't have an answer. With a shrug of her shoulders, she would once again cup her hand beneath her chin, a thoughtful gaze resting over her face after hearing James question.
"Maybe something happened to Kingdom hearts?.....Or perhaps the keyholes have been released again?"
She imagined that these phrases were likely more confusing than anything else that had been happening, causing a silent sigh to come from her yet again, yet her attention soon turned towards the mage as her expression went blank upon hearing him ask if she knew exactly who else had helped in stopping the heartless before. That seemed to cause her to prompt up from her almost seated position in the air, her hands held out at her side as she nodded with a smile.
"Yes! Sora, the duck and the dog! They were the ones that stopped them! Stopped the heartless!! But...I don't know where they are now! It was a long time ago!"

As Koa heard Tinkerbell's words she again translated them to the best of her ability. The floating ball of light moved back to James and had told him that apparently something happened to Kingdom Hearts. Which to her knowledge sounded important along with those Keyholes she had mentioned.
James seemed confused about the matter but told Alwyn what he could. "Tinkerbell thinks something may have happened to Kingdom Hearts or the Keyholes got released. I don't really know what those are but they sound important." James once again had another thing he had to translate as Tinkerbell continued to talk which Koa translated to James. "A Duck and a Dog helped stop these heartless with someone named Sora? That seems a little unclear but the name Sora sounds promising as it gives us a clue where to start. We will have to ask around about him or her on our travels to find anything about them."
James then nodded back to Tinkerbell then wondered how they would be able to solve this problem. "I appreciate your help Tinkerbell but where do we go from here?" James would ask them both.

...What?
That was the only thought that went through Alwyn's mind. Kingdom Hearts? Keyholes? A duck, a dog and a guy saving the worlds sounded more like the beginning of a joke than a heroic feat. Granted, it all sounded important and Tinkerbell was taking this seriously, anyways. Still, Alwyn had to take a moment to disseminate the information given to him. This wasn't his first rodeo after all. "Not sure what all that means, but Kingdom Hearts sounds like some sort of cosmic centerpiece. Any harm done to it has effects on all the worlds, like a ripple in a lake. Keyholes must be related to Kingdom Hearts in some manner." It would certainly explain the ability for Heartless to cross into other worlds, if they managed to exploit some defect in Kingdom Hearts or the Keyholes. This was quickly becoming more complex by the second.
Which brought the talk to this Sora person and his companions. Alwyn admitted that he found the duck, dog and boy story are little hard to swallow. Of course, if he had learned anything from his own adventures, it was that even the most unbelievable stories have some grain of truth. Alwyn agreed that finding Sora or anyone who knew the kid was probably a good idea. "Not a bad idea, if we can find him. Sora must have something special if he's able to stop the Heartless. Besides, I've heard stranger success stories." Alwyn sighed and crossed his arms. It was starting to look more and more like he could really use his friends right about now. "As for what to do now... I'm not sure. I can't exactly search for someone if I don't know where to first start. If I had my old friends with me right now, things might be different." Alwyn continued to ponder all this and more, remembering why he always sort of disliked the idea of being a solo hero.
