It was weird, to be honest. She still found it hard to believe she was on a different world, a place complelty different from Spira. She came here with Rikku and Paine. For a time they had been transformed into small little fairies and made to work for that witch Malificent. Course they took advantage of the situation to try and get some treasure to but... That didn't go as well as they hoped, nether sidd had much in the way of treasure. Luckly for them after the battle they were able to get help for the whole small fairy condition. Well... For the most part. For some reason Rikku didn't have the luck she and Paine did. It was like Raidant Garden had some kind of grudge against her. While she was on the world for whatever reason she reverted to that fairy form. Still despite that the three had managed just fine, though she did want to find a way to fix that small issue for Rikku she didn't seem to mind to much from the last time she saw her. Yuna looked around at the town's center, one of many times she came to it since she came to be on this world. Over time she came to see the differences and similarities between the world and Spira. People just tried to live here, just like her own world. It seemed they could really try to now as well with Malificent gone. Leon and the others being a major force behind that progress so far. As promised Yuna was also helping the Restoration Committee while she looked for her other friends. Whether they come here or she have to look for them. Of course she had no intention of abandoning Leon and the others, if something came up she would let them know. Yuna gave a sigh as she leaned against a nearby wall. So far no one had shown up. One thought was to search the valley and make sure no one, whether they be a friend or stray civilain were stuck out there. Now that she was in her normal form she could handle a few rouge heartless om her own! Maybe she would once she finished her normal rounds. For now though she probably should get back to those rounds, she had made a promise after all! If their was one thing she strived to do... It was to keep those promises. And so the former summoner gave a stretch before moving forward with her day, a day being spent much the same way as many of her days were spent now. She didn't mind though... As much as she had grown alongside Paine and Rikku, she still at her core enjoyed simple things like helping people unable to help themselves. It still brought her the same warmth it always had, still made her smile. Ayami @rikku

Work on the device was going pretty well, hell - It was actually close to being perfected! With that being the case, she had decided to take another stroll out through radiant garden by herself. There was no telling when she would return to this place once she left on her journey proper. It only felt fitting to take in the scenery one last time before things really got busy. Besides, maybe she'd see something interesting she missed before? She she walked along the brick paved roads of Radiant Garden, she recalled all she had experienced - Her struggles, her triumphs, the adventures she shared with others, what led her here, and the hope of finding her father...It was a lot to take in, realizing she had gone from some kid who just helped the adults with their work, to a young adult herself; someone who set out on an adventure all on her own, it all led her to this moment, and to think that it wasn't even over, either... It was quite an overwhelming thought, she wondered if that summoner would be proud of her, seeing what she had become...As Ayami entered the square, she almost thought her memories were playing tricks on her. There she was, the legendary summoner who had saved Spira twice - With a little help of course. The mechanic girl mumbled to herself in her native tongue, purely in disbelief..."Po dra tejeha, luimt ed naymmo pa...? Yuna...?"The mechanic shook her head, trying to gather her senses, it felt like ages since she fell out of Spira, seeing someone she recognized...She couldn't really control herself, she dashed forward towards the summoner, a cheerful, excited shout rang out from her!"Yuna!"She leapt towards Yuna, and would harmlessly collide with her if the summoner made no attempt to dodge, she pulled the more experienced adventurer into a hug, almost overcome with emotion, here stood before Ayami her rolemodel, someone who inspired her to keep going even in her hardest struggles, here when the mechanic girl began to miss her home the most...She cried tears of joy even, unable to hold back those emotions of hers.Though she was speechless for a moment, she was finally able to regain herself enough to talk, at which point she had no choice but to apologize really."I'm sorry...You probably don't even know me. B-But, you're someone I've looked up to for years! Every time I've struggled for the past few years, somehow you were there... Maybe you don't remember me at all, but I was there at the temple when you helped the machine faction! And when you held that concert in the thunder plains? oh, I was uh...The feisty one of the bunch who wanted to run in there and fight those monsters myself!"Amusingly, she looked quite proud of herself as she admitted to wanting to run into the temple on a solo mission. It was all rather childish, but perhaps Yuna could tell the genuine joy on the mechanic's face. Really, she could probably relate to the homesickness Ayami felt right now. She laughed a little bit to herself, just...Overcome with joy."I've been here for weeks now! I...Fell away from Spira, I'm ashamed to admit I was a little scared, being so far away from home by myself for so long. But...Seeing you here? Someone of your caliber? I feel...better I guess. More filled with hope. I-I'm sorry, this is probably completely weird for you- Just...I really look up to you! I don't know if you realize what it's like, being so far away from home and not being able to see anyone you recognize. There's lots of nice people here! But I couldn't ever shake that scary feeling. Where are the others? The other heroes that traveled with you? Back home people were...Getting concerned. Nobody had heard from any of you in a long time, Rikku's dad is still uh...Too busy crying over those ruins to really notice, though."She gave Yuna a bright grin, still unable to contain all of the emotions she was feeling now, least of all the emotion of joy.------ Yuna @rikku

As much as she hated the form itself, Rikku enjoyed being able to take a full look at Radiant Garden as she flitted up and about the spires of the castle. Looking down, swirled eyes kept a close eye on Yuna, unsure if anyone would recognize her. Given it was another world, the possibility was low, but surely still there.
It was when another language caught her tiny ear, and she flitted down to her cousin and this new arrival. "Hey, I know that language!!" It was very rare to hear All Bhed spoken anywhere outside of Spira, so to meet another...
"So if you know Yunie, you'd better know me, yeah???" Tiny hands settled on tiny hips as Rikku floated there in midair like a humanoid hummingbird bird.

Yuna was confused. One second she was doing her rounds for Leon, the next this other girl was on her and hugging her. She didn't like being rude, but she couldn't really... Recognise said person. Was it someone she helped? She had tried to help the residents of Radiant Garden whenever she wasn't doing things with Paine or Rikku or doing her stuff for the Restoration group. Though mention of looking up to her for years, as well as the Machine Faction and her concert made her think differently. Wait was she... From Spira? She talked like she saw the former summoner like some kind of idol. Well a lot of people on Spira did that honeslty, it always made Yuna a bit nervous to, even with all the progress she has made socially with her friends. But Yuna just didn't consider herself as big a deal as people tended to think she was. Her friends helped her get as far as she did after all, on both of her journies. She didn't dislike people because they celebrated what she did but... Coudn't they celebrate her friends a bit more and.. let her have a bit of quite? She liked quite. Still that wasn't this girl's fault. She coudn't really blame people she supposed ether.
"O..oh I see. I am glad I could be an inspiration for you"
While it was clear she didn't have anything agaisnt Ayami, Yuna didn't do so terribly well when being praised. More so when said praise was over something that was largely thanks to her friends aid and involved the loss of so many of her friends along the way. As glad as she was that Spira was safe from Sin that journey made her lose Tidus for so long... Her Aeons to. Still most normal people in Spira woudnt understand that, she coudn't blame them for that.
"Well we tried to help anyway... Mostly we just kept test running their machine and stopping it when it went wild... Glad the song helped you, though"
Even if Lenne helped her with that too.
Someone of her caliber? This was confusing. Yuna just didn't think she was THAT important. But if she could help someone lost like this woman well... She could accommodate thay much if it helped them keep going.
"You don't have to be ashamed, anyone would be... I was to when I first arrived here with my friends"
Oh no she knew what it was like to be so far away from home. That was for sure. During that long journey... Here to. But wanted to know where everyone else was? Well... She didn't k ow about... Everyone. Paine was still here. From time to time Yuna and her worked together on their patrols in Radiant Garden. As for Rikku well....
"Well Rikku your a bit smaller than usual, you can't really blame her if she doesn't... Well I mean shed probably recognize you a bit.. taller Rikku"
She turned back to Ayami, trying to figure out how to explain this to the young mechanic.
"When we first came here this mean witch kinda... Cursed us, me and Paine were able to return to normal but uh... Rikku.."
She would turn to her cousin with a nervous smile, rubbing the back of her head as her implication was made pretty clear.
"Well you can fly at least right Rikku?"

Ayami gave a bright nod to the summoner, finally releasing her from the vice-grip the mechanic held. She looked at Yuna with stars in her eyes. Where-as Yuna might not have seen what was so great about herself, Ayami had no trouble at all recognizing those things. Those strengths...They were what kept Ayami going when she would have otherwise given up. It was a statistical improbability that she would have ever actually found her father back there in Spira. She knew that deep down, but she never gave up, because...Yuna didn't, either. Even as she walked to what was the death of most people before her."What's the matter? You always look so confident when you're in front of people, speaking to them, and leading them. I'd follow you anywhere ma'am!"She gave the former summoner a bright grin and a salute. Ayami could see the hesitance in Yuna's words. Though maybe Yuna couldn't see what she had accomplished, the mechanic certainly could. She placed her hand on the gunner's shoulder, still smiling. Even as Yuna tried to claim them stopping that wild machine was nothing, Ayami simply shook her head. That just wasn't true. It wasn't JUST some casual act of kindness."You saved countless lives by being there. Those people are like my family, and I know must of em couldn't handle their way around a weapon at all...What you did wasn't just another job."But it was Yuna's next words that gave Ayami the most surprise. Her eyes opened wide - Not as if she had found a shameful secret, but rather...That her idol was closer to her in stature than she once believed. She was wordless at that...Yuna...Was afraid too? But all she had done in the past, going off to sacrifice herself, saving the world twice, fighting planet ending beings and machina... How? The mechanic wasn't entirely sure what to think of that, other than...She was glad. Knowing that even heroes could be afraid, it was some strange measure of comfort. What happened next was perhaps more shocking. Though in a more lighthearted way. The mechanic noticed something fluttering their way. And then it uh...Spoke??? Wait a minute, that voice, that laid back way of speaking...Was that Rikku? Ayami was only made more happy to see another person she recognized from home! It took all her effort to hold herself back from just reaching out and grabbing Rikku into a hug. But then, that might've gone a bit painfully, so she did force herself to resist. She gave an excited nod."Rikku! I could never forget you. I remember you back from when we lived in Home as kids. Of course...That was a long time ago so I can't really blame you if you don't remember, there were a lot of us kids that played together! But...I guess more famously I recognize you as one of Yuna's reliable allies! Yeah!!"She took on a faux "fighting stance", pumping herself up. Two of Spira's greatest heroes right here in front of her was definitely cause for excitement!!! But...Still, she was left scratching her head at something. Something Yuna promptly answered."Where's the mean witch at?! I'll whip her into shape for that! Just you wait! Like, "pow!" Ha!"Her excitement was definitely contagious. How couldn't she be? She was so homesick before, but now it was like a small piece of Spira had been brought right here in front of her. Maybe she wasn't more than just a fan to them, but...That didn't really matter so much. She knew them, and hopefully in time they could know her too, that was what was important! She continued on, noting that Paine was with them too, given Yuna's words. So if Rikku and Paine were with her..."What about the others? Where's Auron, And Tidus?"An apt question that...Unfortunately might have brought some more bitter feelings to the two heroes. But she couldn't have helped asking. She didn't know better, it really was concern that brought that question about. She had hoped maybe the witch wasn't responsible for THEIR disappearance as well... The questions continued however, she was just too curious now, it was something she had to know most of all:"So how come you haven't gotten back home yet? Everybody misses you ya know? Even if I dunno what they're all thinking, I can tell. Stuff just feels...A little different."But, for as long as they had been gone...She was suddenly given a hopeful feeling! If they had been here for this long, just maybe...They'd know the answer to her biggest question of all. Where was her father? Could they possibly have seen him? She set out to ask this question with a description of the man in question."I...Don't suppose you've seen anyone here that I've been looking for? Oh, he's got long blonde hair, green al bhed eyes, and he's about...This tall! His name is Fyn, and he wears this kind of black formal coat all the time! If you two have been here for a while, maybe you saw him pass through? I've been looking everywhere for him."She didn't know why, but...She wasn't going to mention his connection to her. Maybe it was distrust? If he was really up to something bad like it seemed, and they found out he was her father...Would they grow to hate her? She just couldn't afford something like that, so for now she didn't refer to how he related to her. She could only hope SOMEONE saw him before.------ Yuna @rikku

"Well... You're kind of the first Spiran we've seen in awhile, sorry." Rikku settled down on Yuna's shoulder, a frown on her small face. Why was Ayami looking for someone else from Spira, or better yet...
"So how long have you been here, and how? Because Yunie and I haven't a clue how we got here or how.. this.. happened." The girl gestured to her own stunted form, shrugging a shoulder afterwards.

Did she really seem so confident in front of others? Of course their was the big speech and song she sang with Lenne but... It did confuse her sometimes. It wasn't that she didn't understand it. People tended to give most of the credit for saving Spira to her rather than her friends. That was what confused her. She wasn't the only one that stopped Sin, she wasn't the only one to save Shuyin and Lenne, along with that destructive machina. Yet evrryone praised 'High Summoner Yuna' everyone looked up to her.... She was more than happy to help of course, it brough her joy to make others happy. But why didn't anyone else get credit? The closest was the trio of Paine's old friends. She supposed... She just wished people looked up to them to. Kimahri or Tidus would make for a better leader to look up to, at least in her opinion. But people seemed to think differently...? She rubbed the back of her hesd nervosly, more from all the praise she was getting than anything.
"I... I think thier might be better people to follow you know...? Oh maybe Uncle Cid! He's... Turning things around right Rikku.....?"
She looked to her cousan and close friend with an expression clearly asking for help. Ayami wasn't doing anything wrong, not at all. Yuna had simply never viewed herself as a big leader, even if a lot of people, even her friends would beg to differ on the subject. She just didn't think she was very good at it. She did smile at Ayami's insistence that stoppping that wild machine was much more important that she gave it credit for. She nodded. Well, if Ayami felt it was a greater deed... Well she was happy to have helped her friends.
"Well... If your sure, I'm glad we were able to help you Ayami!"
Ayami reminded her a lot of Rikku, and she coudn't help but giggle as she declared she would take out the 'mean old witch' it was sweet, and was just like something Rikku herself might declare. To Yuna it was adorable. Made even more so by both of them having grown up in Home.
"As far as I know she's left this world... But be careful if you do run into her, her names Maleficent and she's a strong witch you know? I'd hate to see you get hurt"
But then Ayami brougbt up Auron and Tidus at once. Both sad points for her and it showed in her expression. Auron was gone now, Tidus was lost again with her looming for him. She frowned and again looked to Rikku again sadly before answering Ayami.
"Sir Auron is... Gone... He passed on a few years ago. Tidus... Tidus is missing, I'm looking for him"
She rubbed her arm hesitently, where was he? Though she was comforted a bit by Rikku's precense on her shoulder, offering a light smile in turn. Ayami asked another question and Yuna tried to get herself back together to answer it.
"Well like Rikku said were not entierly sure how we got here and... We don't really have a way back ether, this is an entirely different world from Spira after all... Were not sure how to get back"
Try as she might the subject of Tidus and Auron had clearly affected her. She missed them both greatly, every day they wearn't around. It was the same for everyone she lossed, her father and Sir Jecht as well... It was all coming back at once to her.
As for the man she was talking about Yuna tried to give it as much focus and thought as she could with her currently jumbled emotions. She was looking for someone? Yuna could relate to that greatly. Rikku to, their was a time her cousan spent s lot of her time looking for and trying to do what she belived would save Yuna herself.
"I'm sorry Ayami... I havn't heard of him yet... I can at least tell you I haven't heard that name on this world though... I don't know if that helps you much... Sorry"
She would give a hesitent bow to more show that sorryness, before relizing Rikku was in fact still on her shoulder and reaching rather quickly to prevent any potential fall!
Really the former summoners mind was all over the place now.

"Cid? Well...I kinda thought he was scary when I was a kid, but...I mean nowadays he's kinda funny. Er...No offense."She looked to Rikku apologetically before continuing."The first you've seen...? Well, that does make sense, given what I've theorized before. And uh...This doesn't exactly look like an easy place for most people I know to visit."She rubbed her chin in thought... If she got here by way of that tunneling device, then how could those two have arrived here? Better yet, it seems Tidus had vanished along with them. But, not at the same time or place? It was puzzling for sure, she really doubted it was a second device, but given what she knew, she could only really make guesses and theories. Still, she gladly responded to Rikku, giving everything she honestly knew at this point."About a week. As for how I got here...Well, I guess I can trust you two with this!"She reached into a bag, shuffling around in it for a moment before pulling out the shell of what appeared to be some kind of ancient tech. Anyone likely could have figured out that it originally housed many components before being gutted and kept as a sort of "display piece". Though...They'd probably need a better explanation of what it really was. An explanation she wasted no time in giving."It's a device that predates even Zanarkand! It sucked me into this black inky void, and then I kinda popped out here. Oh, don't mind the state it's in, I took it apart so I could sorta... Reverse engineer the thing. See, if you're in the same boat as me, that means you're stranded right? Well, hopefully this'll be some good news for you then! I think I'm on the verge of recreating the device - I could bring all of us home again!"No doubt it would be a relief to hear considering they were in a place they barely knew so far away from Spira. And well, if she could help them even a little... The idea made the wide-eyed mechanic practically shake with excitement. Imagine! Her: a nobody fangirl, helping the great heroes of spira! She could barely contain herself just thinking about it. ... Although the scene probably looked very odd to the two heroes."I can't really help you with the...Fairy thing though, sorry."She scratched her head, giving a nod as Yuna noted the danger this "Maleficent" posed. She'd keep it in mind and heed that warning. Although she still had some confidence in her ability! ... Blind, perhaps dumb confidence, but confidence all the same!.. All of her happiness kinda disappeared in an instant once she got an answer from Yuna. It wasn't necessarily that she was all depressed or whatever. - She did feel sad that Auron was gone, and that Tidus was missing, but... Part of it was sadness on part of the other two, as well as feeling apologetic for having stirred up complicated emotions."Ah...I-I'm sorry, I didn't mean to bring up some bad stuff..."She quickly forced a smile however, trying to cheer up her idol, the person she respected the most."Well, it's not all bad though! If you can't get home, and if you can't find Tidus... Then please let me help! We're both looking for someone important to us right? It only makes sense! I can...Try to find a way to fix Rikku's problem too, though uh...I'm not too wise up on magic and curses."From her insistence on helping them, it was clear that Yuna didn't even need to apologize for not having heard of the man she was looking for. Truth be told, it was a response the mechanic had expected, so it only discouraged her a little. But she had been through far worse before. She wasn't about to let that kind of thing get to her! After all, the fact that she might well be able to help her heroes was still a prospect that was exciting enough to her to bring her spirits right back up into the clouds!--- Yuna @rikku
