This place was strange, Faeli had no other thoughts for it. It had appeared as a castle, but whoever owned this entire pandaemonium was likely in a way similar to the Allagans. It had a similar vibe as the Crystal Tower. Thinking of the place made the Au Ra shudder. Honestly, the fact she ended up there through some weird black portal made it even worse. If the Realm of Darkness was involved, nothing good could come from this.
Es'faeli sighed, why did I enter again? She hadn't anticipated one to linger around in the air and it had caught her curiosity. Every time before she had always entered them with specific reasoning. Like saving friends and others. This one was different, there had been no reason, no special purpose, nothing. Just plain curiosity to see whether she'd find Ascians, Voidsent, or something else on the other side. Maybe to farm some monsters.
I really need to think these things through, Faeli agreed on in her head, but it was too late for consideration. Hmm? She heard movement as she moved past a few more purple corridors. This entire place was confusing with the purple, yellow, red... so many colors, so little normal castle. If there were monsters, which she suspected well enough, then she really needed to focus.
Pulling her bow and holding it ready, the Au Ra Bard continued her way silently. Faeli didn't want to attract attention that might very well be unwanted. If this movement was someone normal, then perhaps she could drop some tension, but for now this all seemed like a wreck in the happening.

◄ HAVEN'T YOU HEARD WHAT BECOMES OF CURIOUS MINDS? Where is this? While Crowe checked herself out again for any wounds, she slowly scanned the area. This was all odd. Firstly, she was certain she was attacked, her memories there were a bit foggy. Ignoring that bit, her present situation was far more important. Like where was this?
Looking further around, Crowe was certain she had never seen a place like this. Was there even some place in the world where they would create something so... strange? Not good, perhaps the attack had sent her into some kind of strange dimension. Or had she been knocked out and brought here? All these questions weren't going to get answered, so now on her feet she moved through the colorful halls.
As Crowe moved around and turned corners, she saw sometimes an abyss below next to the walkway. Couldn't put some bars or anything to hold on? she hoped this place wasn't 'natural' for whatever dimension she was in. If it was truly a dimension. Looking over the abyss, she saw more walkways across. Should I go over? Thinking her options, she felt like she was being followed, so she remained quiet for a bit as she readied herself.

@crowe ▪ -bubbles- S lowly turning corners as Faeli continued onward, she soon found herself confronting a... horseman? A man riding a horse in black gear, "euhh... Hell-" she tried to strike up a conversation as the rider suddenly charged at her with lance. It seemed he planned to impale her on the lance as she jumped out of the way. What is his problem? Looking at the rider, the person turned and started a second charge. The auri hurried to the side, but the rider curved alongside her as she suddenly released her bow and did a backflip in a single act. Using Repelling Shot she avoided damage from the knight again while she gritted her teeth and fired her bow at him again with Caustic Shot. From there, rather than watching, she set it on a running. "Can't we talk?" she asked out loud while fleeing. The arrow she fired struck the rider as it staggered a little in his charge, especially now his target had ran off. He soon sprinted after her. As she turned a corner, she came to notice a woman up ahead. The rider seemed to be some sort of Voidsent to her so far. She had seen such beings before, especially in the Crystal Tower. Spinning around, she was sliding over the ground before readying her bow again when the rider came around the corner again. Hopefully the woman in the distance was there to help. ◄ HAVEN'T YOU HEARD WHAT BECOMES OF CURIOUS MINDS? Then sounds came, Crowe knew something had been coming, but the sounds were more that of combat than anything else. Looking behind her, she heard a female voice ask if 'they' could talk rather than fight, she assumed. A woman then popped up around the corner further in the back and was running her way. The Glaive was surprised by what was going on when also someone on a horse was coming around and after the first woman. Looking the two over, the first woman wore light clothing, seemed to have a darker skin tone and underneath the hood and mask she seemed to have scales. Also the hood had horns at the sides? The woman was wielding a bow, so an archer of some sort. The rider that was going after her was riding a black horse, the armor of the rider was black and he wielded some kind of massive lance. From the looks of it, the rider was trying to impale the woman onto the lance. Also he felt... somewhat unnatural when it came to magics. Wind started to gather within the palm of her hand before it became a full ball of storms that Crowe then launched towards the rider in hopes to push it back. Crowe didn't understand what was exactly going on, but the one in the back seemed like a problem. Also she wasn't going to get anywhere if the two killed each other. "Who are you two?" she called out as she walked towards them while focusing her magic some more. Cooldowns Aeroga: Three posts.

@crowe ▪ Late post is late. R ushing towards the woman, Faeli really hoped the lady didn't turn hostile as well. The rider behind her was becoming a bit of a problem, but as she turned again, winds seemed to fly by before she noted the lady was creating some sort of wind spell. Suddenly a ball of storms was launched past her. Finally some help, a question was thrown with the spell as well. Pulling an arrow back, she launched a Straight Shot at the rider that was blasted back by the explosion of winds. The shot of hers hit the rider, but it started to move again towards them. Faeli replied to the lady's question: "Es'faeli! Of the Scions of the Seventh Dawn!" she added the last with some thinking. Pulling out another arrow and firing at the rider, she continued: "I think this rrriderrr is a Voidsent." Then she leapt to the side as the rider tried to attack her with its lance again. Moving to the side, she fired Bloodletter at the rider's back to deal some good amount of damage. She hoped the woman would be able to handle this as well, seeing the rider now charging towards her. The rider seemed slightly affected by her previous attacks, especially the poison from Caustic Bite. ActiveCaustic Shot: Two posts of poison. Straight Shot: Two posts. ◄ HAVEN'T YOU HEARD WHAT BECOMES OF CURIOUS MINDS? Rrrrr? The woman that came her way was rolling the 'r' a bit, Crowe felt a bit amused, but kept it to herself. Looking at the rider, she refered to it as 'Voidsent'. Thinking back on the Daemons, perhaps this thing was similar. Just a different term from a different world. Since the introduction came, she supposed she should respond likewise. "Crowe Altius," she replied as she prepared her next spells now the rider was charging towards her. A quick Dual Black Magic as she charged both flames and lightning into her hand and fired both Firaga and Thundaga instantaneously while leaping out of the way. Considering the edge behind her, she hoped the two spells would throw the rider a bit off and have him fall down the pit. As the rider charged and tried to defend itself from the two spells, it still attempted to strike at Crowe while attempting to get to a halt before the edge. Jumping against the wall from the lash out at her, Crowe then leapt towards the horse as she did a full shoulder slam into it to send the entire horse and rider plummeting down into the darkness that went far down until nothing was seen again. Looking down by the edge as Crowe saw the dark rider disappear from sight, she moved a bit to the side in case the archer did appear hostile after all. "Now the daemon's gone," she started, "can you tell me the exit?" She wanted to ask about the 'Scions of the Seventh Dawn', but didn't want to end up being too suspicious, plus she prefered to get out of this place first. @crowe ▪ Late post is late. F aeli watched a bit perplexed as the Rider ran up to the other woman before being sent tumbling down over the edge. She couldn't fully see what was beyond the edge, but not hearing anything hitting the ground had her raise her eyebrows before slowly moving closer to the edge. Looking down into the abyss, she had no words for what had happened. The woman, who had introduced herself as Crowe Altius during the battle, started to ask about the exit and Faeli raised her shoulders. "I-I don't know, I got lost in this place, but..." turning to the direction she came from, she pointed towards it, "I did come from outside, so this direction should... eventually... lead us out." ◄ HAVEN'T YOU HEARD WHAT BECOMES OF CURIOUS MINDS? The rolling of the r calmed a bit, Crowe noticed. Listening to the archer, she had come from the outside as she explained and pointed where she came from. Apparently she had gotten lost here, was this then a labyrinth? Honestly speaking...
Crowe looked around herself at the different ways about, this definitely screamed 'labyrinth' to her, so she should've anticipated as much. Likely filled with monsters like the rider they had just gotten rid of, not very fun to go through this place at all. However, what other way could they go? Looking back at Es'faeli as she called herself, Scions of the Seventh Dawn? The girl looked like some sort of hunter, there were horns on her hat? Regardless, she was likely someone that went through dungeons and the sort. Much like they were in right now.
"Then let us find a way through this maze," Crowe opted, "not like we're going to get out or in by standing still. Meanwhile... any chance you could explain why you went into this place?" she asked curiously as she turned and started to move. She anticipated that Es'faeli would come with her, since she ran her way, it was likely the way further in instead of out, but she could very well aid the woman in going through this place. "I don't know these 'Scions of the Seventh Dawn', what nation are you from?" she continued after a bit. Cooldowns Aeroga: 1 posts Dual Black Magic: 1 posts Firaga: 2 posts Thundaga: 2 posts

“Hey, I love mazes. It's the best thing ever. I absolutely DIG many colors and everything looking the same... Is what I didn't say EVER!”
Chronos had been tossed around worlds again and instead of landing on a nice beach for once, getting to drink some cocktails and enjoy some sun, he again had to land somewhere that reminded him of the set of one of those old castles that are known to be haunted. Except it had WAY TO MANY COLORS for his poor, sensitive eyes. And he had the feeling something had died here somewhere...Gag. He couldn't help but wonder what nutcase came up with such coloring and structure for a damn maze of a castle. He had been walking around for 3 hours now, trying to figure out how to get out of this place. He was slowly getting frustrated, having kicked a wall at some point and hurting his little toe. GREAT. His ears were folded back, tail slightly puffy and his expression telling tales of defeat and annoyance. His ears twitched however when he made out sounds in the distance, both moving around fast as they tried to catch every bit of it. Noises of fighting? Could it be? Was he not alone in this after all? Putting on second gear, he started running down the hallway, turning some corners before he finally reached where the sounds and voices had come from, the man stopping in his tracks, when he saw two women talking to each other and one of them... could it be? Horns? Scales? A bow? It was someone from his home?! Was this day getting better after all?! “OH BY THE TWELVE! People!!”, he yelled, putting both hands on his head, like he couldn't believe what he was seeing. “And an Au'ra being one... this.. I think I am going to cry.”And indeed he sniffed, moving up his hand to cover his eyes. “H..hold on... it's.. let me enjoy this moment.”He moved the tears out of his eyes before he beamed at the two, tail wagging a little behind him. “You two ladies are stuck here, too? This maze is a mess, isn't it? The creator needs his eyes checked."
