The sniper's volley stayed true, their crimson bolts shattering the opposing Creeper like glass. Despite even their keen eye, the second Creeper slipped behind the first completely unnoticed. The stealthy Creeper launched it's attack, latching onto one of Xigbar's Snipers and killing it before the rest of the squad could even launch their attack. The lessers fumble with their bolts as a single shot rings out, Prompto's First Strike knocking out a second sniper right as it raised its bow. The Creeper continues its assault unabated, swinging around to wrap itself around a third Sniper's head.
The Snipers could be considered smart for a Nobody, but even then they were still lacking in intelligence. The orders had been given- shoot the Creepers- and that was exactly what they planned to do. While the third Sniper struggled fruitlessly with the formless shape of the Creeper, the others raised their bows. A second volley cut through the air, but the lessers were doomed to their own incompetence. The crimson bolts missed the Creeper entirely, instead sticking fast in the flesh of their own incapacitated ally. The Creeper launches itself towards the final three Snipers, but found its course diverted as a strange pull, much alike their master's magic, pulled the warring lessers towards a single point, a black orb hanging in the air.
Meanwhile, the Freeshooter himself watched with a cold, murderous grin as his bullets found their desired target. He focused on the memory witch, expecting to see the panicked look of a wounded animal upon her face, only to be disappointed when she bore her injuries with a stoicness that would have made Lexaeus proud.
"Playing tough are we? Let's see how tough ya really are..."
Xigbar raised his guns, ready to send another volley at her when he, too, began to feel the pull of the anomalous sphere. He snapped his head, staring wide-eyed at the dark abyss at its center. He had never seen this kind of magic before...
No.
Space and gravity were supposed to be his and his alone. He considered it his domain, the manifestation of his will. Perhaps, in a way that he would never voice aloud, he would go as far to liken his powers to one of the gods of ancient myth.
How dare this fool use his own gift against him.
The Freeshooter tried in vain to wrench control of space itself away from his enemy. Every attempt to weave the threads of gravity in his favor, every attempt to punch through space, was distorted by that strange machine's pull. He struggled, held fast in his position, his sheer mastery over his own element being the only thing keeping him from plummeting face-first into the gravity well.
But he wouldn't be able to keep it up for long...
Xigbar focused, putting all of his energy into trying to overcome the gravisphere's interference. His efforts were successful, and a grin spread on his face as he felt the delicate threads of space fabric once again bend to his hand. He acted fast, taking the chance to teleport himself out of the gravisphere's range. He reappeared on the edge of the arena, standing on his own two feet as his chest heaved for breath.
A flash of motion caught the Sharpshooter's eye. Turning his head just in time to see his 'partner' succumb to the gravisphere's pull, he watched in disgust as the poor boy struggled against the magic.
"Useless..." He growled under his breath, deciding to leave the kid to his own fate. If he couldn't take care of himself, then he wasn't of any use to the Organization.
A flash of light caught his eye and it was then that Xigbar realized he had let his attention stray for too long. He snapped his head, burning eye focusing on the other gunman as he returned fire. Time seemed to slow to the sniper, the heavy bullets slicing through the air as they careened directly towards him.
Xigbar tried to warp, but his previous efforts to free himself from the sphere's pull had taken almost all of his strength. He lurched, moving only a few inches as the air around him distorted...
The sniper's teleport had failed.
The first couple of bullets missed their mark, but the third held true. The sniper watched in slow-motion as the hot slug pierced his shoulder, his breath catching in his chest as a deep crimson mist filled the air. He saw it before he felt it, the dark drops of his own blood seemed to hang almost suspended in the air, each catching the light like shards of glass as they slowly fell.
Then he heard it, the boom of gunfire echoed by the shattering of bone. The two sounds blending together, loud as thunder yet almost dull to the sniper's ears. Two heartbeats pass...
Pain.
The stillness of the moment was split by a white-hot pain, the sniper visibly paling as deep agony bloomed from his mangled limb like a line of thorns. Wordless syllables bloomed in his throat as he tried in vain to will the shattered limb to move.
Slowly, the Freeshooter raised up, using his left rifle to support himself as he staggered to his feet. His right arm hung limply at his side, the upper arm pierced and shattered by Prompto's bullet. Droplets of blood worked their way down his arm, dripping from his fingertips as the arrowgun clattered forgotten at his side.
"You..." Xigbar hissed, his single eye burning with hatred like a fervent coal. The look on his face, dotted with specks of crimson, was nothing short of demonic.
The air surrounding the area began to shimmer, shapes distorting and bending as the very reality around them began to transform. The crowd screamed in fear as the arena itself seemed to grow smaller, a vast void splitting the land to divide the arena apart from the crowd. The Freeshooter hung in the air over the chasm, grinning with a devilish grin as he surveyed his handiwork.
The now-smaller arena platform seemed to float over the newly opened chasm like a tiny island. The crowd pulled back, fearing the seemingly infinite drop before them as a few smaller items tumbled helplessly over the edge.
Pleased with his work, the Freeshooter launched his final attack. He took aim, this time at the other gunslinger as he charged his next attack. The tip of his rifle began to glow, energy building around the barrel in the form of a harsh crimson light.
Blinded by his own bloodlust, he never noticed that Namine was beginning to change...

Watching for a brief moment as his Gravisphere continued to bloom in the sky above them, Prompto wondered just how well his ability would work. Since Xigbar was able to manipulate space around them was it stupid for him to use such an ability? Well, stupid plans still sometimes work….He had heard Namine’s second message in his head and had to think of a plan fast since the enemies they faced were quite fast. He wasn't particularly gifted with coming up with intense and well thought out things, normally he was told to point and shoot at his enemies by his friends, but now? His head was starting to hurt as ideas flooded his mind. Prompto was more of a lemme shoot them up, pew pew pew kinda guy unlike his advisor friend back home... Oh well, maybe it was time for him to think of something? Taking a quick look over his shoulder towards Namine and Nick, He realized that his enemy was almost rag-dolling towards the core of it. The poor teen still looked like he had no idea what was going on or what to do and just kind of accepted what was happening; It made Prompto feel quite bad. He knew that this was a tournament and all , but his heart was getting to him. Looking down at Namine , he noticed a far off look in her eyes; was this what she looked like when she was telepathically speaking to someone? That gave the blonde an idea. Gently tapping Namine’s shoulder as he heard a chuckle come from her, he hoped that he grabbed her attention even for a moment. When she did look at him, Prompto tapped the side of his head with his gun, hoping she understood what he meant. “I know you wont hear this for like a second, but is there anything we can do for the kid? It doesnt look like he has weapons or really anything to defend himself and his partner is Psychotic! Poor kid should have at least a little bit of a chance, don’t cha agree Namine?” keeping eye contact with Namine for a few seconds longer he hoped the message was relayed before turning back to the crazed looking sniper; and oh did he look wild.
Well crap, Prompto thought as he stared at the golden eye that bore so much hatred towards him. Of course Xigbar was going to be able to get out of the reach of Gravisphere , he did kinda float upside down a few moments ago.Squinting a little, Prompto noticed that Xigbar’s arm was dangling at his side and a small pool of blood was beginning to form on the ground below him. Taking a man’s ability away to use his gun was something Prompto knew would anger him if it happened to him, he could only imagine what thoughts were circling around in the evil mans head.Seeing the absolute rage in that eye sent shivers down Prompto’s spine and he knew he was in for it now. “ Great...now he’s staring at me, Make it stop Namine.” He whimpered out as he watched Xigbar continue to conjure up something vile. The ground, the sky everything around them had started to warp. “Oh boy...I am so dead!” he yelped out seeing the very fabric of the world around him change. “So this is what it feels like being in a pocket dimension, It looks so small but i can only imagine it’s bigger on the inside!” Prompto was going to do everything in his power to make sure he didn't end up in one of the warps. Where would be go? On the battle field? In someones bathroom? The dark abyss? Yeah, no way was he going to try it out. Breaking out of his distraction by feeling a gentle wind pick up behind him, he knew exactly where it was coming from. Looking in the corner of his eye he looked at his partner and the color strands that were circulating around her. He had to give her some time, so looking back at Xigbar who was reading an attack, Prompto was ready to unleash another volley of strikes. I really hope that i dont die to-day he thought to himself in the tune of the Chocobo song that he always sang. Running a few feet towards Xigbar and making sure he was relatively in the middle of the field, Prompto lifted Quicksilver up in the air and let another orb shoot out of his gun. Unlike the one before, this one was made of light. It started small, but then blasted into a huge flare of dancing white lights.Unlike a normal flare, it was suspended in the air as if something was holding there was it’s effect was in place. If this guy was as evil as him and Namine thought, Starshell would have to have some type of effect on the guy right? Just to make sure Prompto didn't end his strikes there, he would keep going. In mid step , Prompto’s valiant disappeared from his hand to be replaced with Cocytus; another one of his most trusted weapons. Since he had one of his enemies arm’s out of commission what was the possibility he could get the other arm out of the way too? Holding up both of his guns in front of him, Prompto let Cocytus ring out it’s shots first knowing that if his aim was true Xigbar would be feeling a little chilly from it. He had to continue his assult and stop whatever Xigbar was planning to do to him from his glowing weapon.Even though it was risky, Prompto kept Quicksilver out hoping that his plan would work. Prompto had to just hope that he wouldn't get blasted to death. Please Namine, make sure I dont die.

While Nick was panicking, he heard someone speak to him inside of his head. Was he dreaming or going mad? No, this was reality. He made sure that he was listening carefully. Maybe the voice belonged to that lovely lady known as Namine, or at least that is what he thought. Never in his life had anyone communicated to him without being right in front of him. It mystified him.
"Calm down, let my brain think, and find a creative way to get out of this situation? I've never thought of that at all. I should try it out, its the least I could do. I can't go down like this," He said to himself as he took a deep breath, then looked around for something he could use to his advantage. The voice that spoke to him helped him gain some composure for the moment. He looked around quickly for something that he could use to help him. He saw some weird monster in the air that was floating along with him. It seemed that It got sucked up towards the air with him
"I'll grab onto that weird thing, maybe it can help me. After all, I have to be creative. This is probably as creative as I can get," He said to himself. As he floated, he attempted to swim in the air while he floated. It somewhat worked to his advantage. Also, it made him seem like he was swimming in the air. He floated towards the monster that he was looking at. It got harder for him to do so, but he had to keep going. So he pushed harder and moved himself towards the creature. When he was within range, he grabbed the foot. When he looked at it, it was quite different from anything. It reminded of a creature that he came into encounter with in Traverse Town. He had forgotten what it had looked like.
Down below on the ground, Nick was unaware about what his partner was doing. Including the fact that things were just about to get even more dangerous.

The Lifestream finally fell to the earth below everyone's feet and dissipated. Conjured up by Mind Manipulating and standing in the spot that Namine once stood was the girl who was meant to be there, the person who was suppose to be standing beside Nick in the fight, Tifa Lockhart. Her dark hair flew around her face before finally falling just pasted her shoulders. Her chocolate eyes opened to a distorted world and a rather frightened audience. She had noticed that the young man managed to grab a hold of a sniper to try to pull himself out of the pull. She gave him a smile and a thumbs up. "There is more still you can do with it, just think. You can use it for more then just an anchor." She said to him in his head. After taking her eyes off of Nick, the melee fighter saw the glow of light from above and knew where it made birth. Her eyes searched for her partner only to see that he seemed to have an equally frightened face. The silent prayer of Prompto didn't go unnoticed by her, She followed his gaze to a rather messed up looking Xigbar. For some reason this didn't give her joy to see him like this. Namine thought it would. He deserved it. After everything he has done, will do......so why didn't this bring a smile to her face. It was him that was hurting for once and not her. The glare in his eye made Tifa/Namine think no longer on her feelings. Understanding them wasn't important. He was out to kill, not just show off skills. This stopped being a friendly tournament the moment he had walked into the ring. She had to try to stop him. Namine had called upon Tifa's heart and memories to help because she was fast, use to fighting against gun and other weapons reguardless of her melee style, and she wouldn't take over the memory witch. Even this distorted realm that was created by Xigbar didn't have an effect on her senses. " I am counting on you Tifa." Namine said to the mere memory of the girl she became. Tifa/Namine closed the distance between herself and Xigbar. She had hoped the he was distracted enough from his own rage, the giant black hole in the sky, and Prompto's ball of light to not notice the incoming fighter. As she ran she was surrounded in fire. Any attempt to get near the girl would leave the assailant burned. She attempted to do her, or rather Tifa's, Meteor-Strike since she was at top strength and damage to her host was only little. Tifa would punch her opponent into the air, jump up and slam them back down to the ground. "Here goes! Knockout!" Tifa's voice range out. By the time Tifa landed she was glaring at Xigbar. She followed her heavier attack up with a round kick to make sure he had fallen. If he tried to get back up, she would kick again. She wouldn't stop until he was on the ground looking up at her. She wanted him to look directly in her eyes. The glare that was given was of someone who had enough. If anyone looked into those eyes it clearly wasn't Tifa that was glaring, it was very noticeable Namine. The Memory Witch's soul and will were coming out in that moment. Everything she had every felt against the Organization, everything she was feeling for Xigbar was being conveyed in that single moment. So much so that it would have been foolish to everything think for a moment that this girl didn't have a heart. Fear turning to Rage, Saddness turning to Hate, Loneliness turning to understanding, and a little Nobody turning into a Somebody. "That is enough, Braig!" Namine's voice had overlapped with Tifa's and rang out across the warped dimension as she called the man by his Other name. The Audience fell silent and stopped dead in their tracks to watch. The transformed girl's eyes weren't just on Xigbar, but was watching around him as well. She was counting on Prompto to watch out for the snipers if he wasn't hurt to badly. The Snipers floated helplessly in the gravisphere's core, wheeling in pull of its might. A single one allowed Nick to clamber upon its oddly shaped frame, but the boy's presence wouldn't go unnoticed. The Nobody addresses the other with a loud, grating chatter, and although no one except for Naminé and the Freeshooter himself would be able to understand the string of vile language that had just crossed the sniper's maw, the meaning would be easy enough to guess. Nonetheless, the sniper tolerated his presence, bound by Xigbar's orders to attack only the enemies and not their own allies.
While Nick struggled with the core, Xigbar was staring down the sights of a charging rifle. The look in his eye was nothing short of 'unhinged', the glassy look of murderer, an empty shell that could do no more than to emulate hatred. Meanwhile, the round chambered within glowed crimson, its brilliance threatening to devour even light itself. The single Sharpshooter rifle hummed with its power, bucking ever so slightly against his intact shoulder as the bolt within yearned for its freedom.
A light, bright and blazing, bloomed forth from Prompto's gun as it streaked the air. Like a falling star it arched overhead, its light growing stronger- no, more pure- every passing moment. In a heartbeat's time, it reached its zenith, pinned in the sky like a bleached out star. Xigbar's eye was drawn to its radiating form, unable to tear his gaze away despite its blinding brightness.
The artificial star's bountiful light seemed to burn at his very being. As it moved across the sky, the Freeshooter felt the powerful darkness within him wither away, his once-bountiful power cast away like a long shadow. Wisps of dark energy began to float up from his broken form...
... and it was then that gunslinger understood that he would never again belong in this realm of light.
The second flash of light quickly followed the first, going unnoticed as Xigbar was still held prisoner to that brilliant point of light. The round glanced his side, slicing the protective leather of his cloak and leaving a nasty gash that followed the curve of his wiry ribs. He hissed in pain, wincing back as he finally pulled the trigger. A single crimson bolt, jagged and seeped in darkness cut the air, but the Freeshooter's aim had strayed. It glanced harmlessly off of the ground near Prompto's feet, ubt continued on its hateful trajectory, ricocheting into the air towards the helpless audience beyond the chasm...
The Freeshooter wouldn't be allowed to recover, though, as a familiar face took up the assault. The first blow, bathed in fire, knocked the hapless Freeshooter from the air and into the ground below. He twisted as he fell to avoid landing on his shattered arm, taking the entire force of his fall on his other side. The sniper would try to quickly rise, only to be sent back to the ground by another kick.
Struggling, Xigbar slowly brought himself up onto his elbow. Blood flowed from numerous wounds, but the Seeker didn't seem to notice. Certainly, the fog of his own darkness seemed to hide the pain. He looked up in confusion, narrowing his serpent-like eye at his attacker.
Tifa...?
"I... thought I got rid of you..." The Freeshooter rasped, his attempt to speak turning into a run of ragged coughing as he struggled to move. He looked up, meet Namine's eyes, the flurry of emotions from the other countered by the Sniper's own hollowed glare.
No...
'Naminé.' A part of him understood the nature of the witch's illusions, yet the person that stood before him was most definitely Tifa. Behind her, the gravisphere hung high in the air. To the Freeshooter's addled mind, its black void blocked out the sun like an ancient eclipse.
Some thought that the eclipse marked the end of days...
"That name..." The use of his somebody's name stirred something within the broken sniper, memories long neglected. Since the loss of his heart, he had distanced himself from his memories of 'before', focusing instead on his new role as Xehanort's right hand. The dark shard within him blazed in his chest, but the devilish look of fury was no longer upon his scarred visage. Slowly, Xigbar dug the tip of his rifle into the ground, using it to pull himself into a kneeling position.
"You don't know what you're talking about, kid..." Xigbar looked up at his attacker, speaking slowly. He made no attempts to rise further, his good arm using the barrel of his gun as support as he knelt on the ground. His arm hung uselessly at his side, fingertips brushing the bloodied ground around him...

Prompto felt Namine’s presence pass him as he slowed his movements. All this running and strafing in a pocket dimension was starting to mess with his senses and He hoped that this match would be over soon. Seeing that Namine this time took on the form of a dark haired woman, he stared at her back for a moment as she charged towards Xigbar with immense hatred. “Note to self NEVER make Namine mad.” He meant to say that to himself, but the words seemed to tumble out of his mouth. The plan to use Starshell had seemed to work since Namine was heading straight for their opponent. Become the target of the sharpshooter and let Namine slip through to his side; oh how he hoped it would work so he wouldn't be exterminated by this blow. Xigbar’s attack was still veering up, but how? starshell should have stopped him. What was going to happen? Who knows what it would do to him if it hit him, but in that passing moment of thought, Prompto heard a gunshot ring in his ears and saw it coming straight for him. “Crap!” he yelped out only to see it bounce on the ground in front of him and stray off into the endless void around them. Starshell did more then expected; even though Prompto knew his abilities like the back of his hand, it always worried him to see to what extent they would work, and boy did they work wonders this time. Not today….But he could still hear it, the bullet bouncing around...was it going to hit one of them? Or would it hit an audience member? He would have to keep an ear out for it. A live bullet without a destination was extremely dangerous. Considering that Namine was glowing with fire as she went in for the kill, Prompto turned back to the sniper creatures that were looming in the sky. Now that Gravisphere had come to an end and disappeared, he had no choice but to have to pay mind to them. Seeing his other opponent Nick, hanging onto one for dear life he decided to ignore that one temporarily since it already had its hands full with the kid. Since, Gravisphere had pulled them together he would have to aim carefully in order to not hit Nick. Lifting both of his guns up and running left, Prompto quickly shot off a few rounds of bullets for his ballistic attack. Since Nick was on the right of him, He arched his strike so that his wave of bullets would miss the kid, but still potentially hit the sniper that he was held to. “Careful kid! “ He yelled out to him just in case his calculations were wrong and he did strike the boy. It was not going to be a fun sensation to feel if he did get hit. Making sure that his aim was true , Prompto turned his head once he had heard Xigbar speak. I thought I got rid of you…? Could it be that the person that Namine turned into was none other then their original opponent; Tifa? What did Xigbar do to the poor woman? What did he mean by get rid of her? Was she dead? Kidnapped? Bleeding out somewhere? Prompto did not like any of these thoughts. “ What did you do to her??” he yelled out taking a few steps in Xigbar’s direction. “She did nothing to you! Yet your hurt an innocent woman?? So not cool!!” Prompto’s love for people was getting to the best of him. Xigbar was being smug even in this dilapidated state between life and death. Hearing Namine’s voice drip with venom, Prompto could only imagine what this guy had done to her and Prompto was not going to let him have a chance to get up from the ground. Ignoring the snipers that could possibly be dead due to his blow, Prompto started to jog towards Namine with his sights landing directly on Xigbar. “Namine! Lets end this!” He yelled to her. A spark, a warm sensation began to fill Prompto and a sense of power was beginning to take form. He knew Namine felt it too, because him and Noctis had done this many a time before when they struck their opponent together. Deep friendship will destroy their enemy. Sliding onto the ground in front of Namine, He shot off a few bullets and yelled out to her. “Go!” he yelled. With this maybe they had a chance to end it all. Knowing that Linkstrike was on its way to completion, Prompto wanted to make sure that the sniper wouldn't be able to use his other arm. Lifting Quicksilver up, Prompto's gun began to glow , a single armor piercing round , barreled out of his weapon and headed straight towards the vile man in front of him. He had hurt his friend..and it seemed like so many others, Prompto wasn't going to let this guy take him down.

Nick heard another message inside of his mind, telling him that what he was holding onto could be used for much more than an anchor. He considered this information given to him to be good advice, he then heard shouting from his other opponent. He was telling him to be careful. It was faint from his position, but could still be heard.
"Be careful of what?" He asked himself as he saw some projectiles that were fired off into the air. He realized that this is what he was supposed to be careful of. He saw one of the objects in the air nearly make contact with him, it just slightly scrapped the surface of his right arm that he was using to hold onto the monster. It hurt a bit, but not too much.
"Oh gosh!" He shouted as he accidentally let go of what he was holding onto. Doing this caused him to start falling. From there, he noticed he was no longer being dragged upwards. He looked at the ground below him as he fell from above, getting closer to the ground by every small second. He was horrified inside, but he did his best to hide it. Even though it wasn't generally working. He flopped around in the air as he continued his decent. There was not much he could do now, all he could do is fall and await impact with the ground beneath him.
He tried to think of someway to slow his fall, but there was no other way. He looked behind as the monster he was in the air with was getting farther away from him.
"Well, it was fun while it lasted. But, I think this is the end of tournament for me. When the next one happens, I'll participate in it. My skill will be improved by then." He thought to himself as he continued his descent. He held his hands out close to him, thinking he could break his fall when he hits the ground.
1. Nick accidentally lets go of the sniper nobody that he was holding onto, and thus begins to fall from above. 2. He then decides to hold his hands out towards him, trying to see if he can break his fall. Naminé @braig Prompto Argentum

With Nick falling to the ground, Namine wasn’t about to let his Battle end that way. He seemed to be a determined young man to learn as much as he can about the ways of the worlds and to better himself when it came to fighting. You don’t learn if you just give up, even if you do promise yourself to do better next time. There very well may not be a next time. Lucky for him, Namine was fairly merciful. The young girl still disguised as Tifa placed her hand out in the falling young man’s Direction. A corridor of Darkness opened up feet from the ground sucking him in. She then placed her hand lower, more towards the ground and the another corridor opened dropping him only inches from The Arena floor. The flare bullet concerned the young girl as much as it did everyone else. Namine Tifa placed her hand out Palm up as if she was about to receive something as a gift. For one moment the leather glove that she was wearing stretched out and became a white sheet of paper once more. Once this single sheet of paper had formed the rest of her glove turn back to normal . She dropped the paper onto the floor and it’s zoomed away from her. It was to seek out the flare at attempt to catch it in her flower pod giving it something to ignite with that would not harm anyone else. Prompto is now taking care of the sniper nobodies to the best of his abilities, while Tifa Namine faced off against xigbar. Her eyes widened and something inside of her stopped upon hearing that it was in fact true that xigbar did something to the woman that she now held the likeness of. “ no, he has to be bluffing.” She thought in horror. ” Tifa is strong and there’s no way she’d be taken down by him.” The young nobody try to convince herself for these thought she was now having. It was true that Tifa is strong and that she had much experience when it came to battling. Where it was true that she dealt a great deal of damage with her strength and fighting abilities, the young woman wasn’t very good at taking damage herself. If caught off guard xigbar is where it’s could be more truer than Namine wanted to admit. Anger once again built up in her tiny body. Hearing prompto’s words to end this, all the young girl could do is nod. He slid in front of her and fired off his rounds. The transform girl felt the warmth flow through her much like the fake livestream did when transforming her. She grabbed a hold of her partner’s shoulder lifting herself in a flip over him. As she came down so that he was behind her now, and she was back in front of xigbar she delivered an axe kick as she landed followed up by straight kick to kick the man further away, successfully attempting tifa’s Moonsault Kick.Tifa then spun to Face prompto for a brief moment. During that moment she retrieved Quicksilver from him before completing her spin. As she finished the LifeStream once again swirled around her before turning back into pages and folding itself back into the Sketchbook laying at the girls feet. By the time the girl had completely turned to face xigbar once again, she was Namine. Namine pointed Quicksilver directly at the xigbar. “Where. Is. Tifa?” Telepathy: Without make a sound from her mouth Naminé can speak directly to people through her mind to theirs. Xigbar raised his head to face Prompto as he approached, a sly grin creeping onto his bloodied visage in response. He gave no response, but a low, grating laugh suddenly rose from the sniper's chest. It was a humorless laugh, a dark, foreboding jackal sound that seemed to simply say 'Haven't you figured it out yet?'. He turned his head back down towards the blood-stained ground before him, already beginning to feel a little delirious from the blood loss as his laughter finally died down.
"Innocent? Heh... As if." Xigbar rasped, shaking his head. He spoke quietly but cynically, a note of defeat audible in his voice as he clutched onto his last Sharpshooter with a weakening grip. "No one's truly innocent, Blondy... Not in this war."
Shots rang out, but they sounded muffled, far off, to the sniper's ears. He barely felt the sting of the bullets, only aware of a faint dampness slowly spreading against his skin. He blinked, still reeling from the shock of his initial injuries, as he lazily rolled his head to look at the fresh wounds.
'Shit... You got me good, kid.' A low groan rose from his chest. Nobodies were unnaturally durable, able to withstand many injuries that would have killed a normal human, but even then there were limits. He remembered this feeling, and he didn't bother craning his neck to confirm:
He was dying, and should he had bothered to look, he would have seen the dark scraps of his own being rising up to meet oblivion...
Xigbar let his eye drift to anomaly above. It, too, was fading, its core becoming unstable as it grew weaker. For just a minute, he thought he could somehow see around it, as if the world around it was reflected in infinite ways around its core. The past... the future... all reflected in the throws of this dying star...
And then it was gone. A strong, hateful light beamed down in its absence, the light stinging the sniper's senses as if the world itself was rejecting the Seeker's presence.
Another shot rang out.
A violent, jagged pain bloomed from Xigbar's other arm. His grip went slack, his fingertips growing numb as he felt the crucial structures in his shoulder shatter beyond repair. He snarled up at his assailants, a final hateful gesture.
Defenseless, the Moonsault Kick landed true. The first blow connected with the top of his skull, his teeth smashing together as he was sent lurching forward. The second blow prevented the broken sniper from falling, instead sending him rolling backwards. He landed squarely on his back, a wave of fresh pain rising from his injuries in protest. Dots of light and shadows flooded his vision, and just for a moment, he thought he'd been knocked out for good.
The world around them began to change, distorting and unfolding as it returned to its original shape. His influence waned, his snipers vanishing into thin air as they abandoned their own commander. Even the ricochetting round was snuffed out once and for all by a strange, white flower.
Xigbar blinked away the haze, his vision slowly coming into focus. The darkness was rolling off of him like steam, his strength fading with every passing second. The thought occurred to him to try and portal away, but even that required a subtle motion of his hand...
The Seeker first noticed the gun, staring at the barrel in his face for only a moment before he let his gaze wander to its wielder. He didn't answer her question, instead taking a moment to appreciate the look of pure anger, pure hatred, on her face.
... And it made him smile.
"... And to think you two call yourself heroes. Heh... Take a look at yourself... You're gonna be just like me, aren't ya..." Xigbar mused, a final taunt at the memory witch.
"If you take me out... The old man will just bring me back..." Or at least, the sniper hoped Xehanort would bring him back. He knew what the old coot was capable of...
"You got lucky, kiddo... but there's no escaping your fate... " Xigbar stated, his vision beginning to go dark. The Freeshooter looked up, the fire in his golden stare gone for good, waiting to see if Naminé would fire the final blow...
Elsewhere, the discarded Sharpshooter rifle suddenly warped, reappearing near Nick's feet...
Actions: 1. Xigbar warps his rifle to his partner out of desperation. 2. Snipers and spatial distortion were dismissed.
AMMO COUNT Left: 3/7
Cooldowns:
Firing Squad: Summons up to six Sniper Nobodies to the Freeshooter's aid. Each sniper shoots once per turn, dealing light damage for every shot that lands. Cooldown begins after all Snipers have either been dismissed or destroyed. [Cooldown: 2]
Spatial Distortion: Xigbar can warp the size, shape, or layout of the room, creating odd-shaped platforms or other nonsensical structures (such as looping staircases and hallways). [Duration: 1, Cooldown: 2]
Charge Shot: Xigbar charges a single bolt with all of his energy. Fires a massive shot that ricochets randomly around the arena for one turn and deals heavy damage upon impact. Leaves Xigbar vulnerable while charging. [Duration: 1, Cooldown: 2]
Warp: Xigbar can bend space at will. While this is normally used to bend his shots towards their target, it can be used to warp or alter the trajectory of other reasonably sized objects. [Cooldown: 2]

Feeling Namine/Tifa vault over him , made Prompto smile widely. He had used it time and time again with Noctis when he was still alive, but the thrill of it never surpassed its charm. Slowly standing, Prompto stood at the ready as he saw Namine slam another powerful kick into Xigbars face. It nearly resembled that of something you would see out of a cartoon; the bad guy gets hit with a giant anvil or a contraption of some sorts, they see stars, and their teeth are a jumbled mess like a broken piano, but this was reality. Prompto winced slightly as he saw the snipers head bounce from the kick and he made a mental note to never upset Namine or this Tifa woman (if he ever met her). As Namine completed her kick, the girl had spun back around and was facing him and within seconds, quicksilver was taken from his grasp. Before he could even say a word about it, Namine was turning back around, green lights swirling around her that quickly transformed into sketchbook pages and she was back to her normal self. His gun was in the memory witches hand, grasped tightly as Xigbar’s face was looking up the barrel of it. Xigbar looked absolutely terrible; multiple bullet holes tattered his clothes, blood staining the very fabric, and blossoming bruises and broken bones from both himself and Namine’s wrath. Regardless of all the pain the sniper looked like he was in...he was smiling. Prompto did not like that one bit.The smile was even more sinister than before; yes it was much weaker since Xigbar was considerably more hurt than the beginning of this fight, but the fact that this man was able to smile like that in such a situation scared Prompto. Taking a step forward , Prompto was about to touch Namine’s shoulder when he heard Xigbar speak "... And to think you two call yourself heroes. Heh... Take a look at yourself... You're gonna be just like me, aren't ya..."
Those words caused Prompto to stop in his tracks. Xigbar was right; For quite some time since coming to this multiverse, the blonde had been questioning his beliefs; questioning the very fiber of his being on if he actually was good? Because of what he was, what he was made to do, there had always been darkness set inside the blondes heart that he had tried to ignore for many years; something that he would never consciously admit if he ever found out. Were what they were doing actually good? It was a tournament after all and their opponent was near minutes away from dying...and they stood above him watching him like some caged animal. Or was the sniper messing with his head? Messing with the anxiety that Prompto had tried so hard to hide? Shaking his head to try and will that thought to the back of his mind until later, Prompto brought himself back to the situation at hand and caught the tail end of the rest of Xigbar’s words. Old man? Bring him back? Escaping our fates? Was their something much larger going on in this universe that Prompto had yet to experience? How intertwined was Namine in this mess? “Namine..” Prompto called out to her , still seeing his gun in her hand. If he really wanted to, he could easily will it back into the armiger but, he wanted to know more of what was going on inside of Namine’s head. “You don't have to do that. Don’t force yourself to make the kill.” He had remembered the first time he had put something to rest when his journey first began with Noctis, Gladio and Ignis. The first human kill was the hardest; Animals were something he could rationalize. They were needed for food or a threat that needed to be exterminated so that other wildlife and civilians could live in peace, but when he was brought face to face with a person he had to kill...he couldn't have the same mentality. The night he did kill an MT before finding out what they were, He had to keep telling himself that it was him or them. That he would be killed if he had not pulled the trigger; but those thoughts clouded his judgement. It took time for him to adjust to that way of thinking, but since then it had changed him forever. Would Namine be able to come back from it like he had? Had she killed someone before? The sweet yet terrifying memory witch that he considered his friend? “I can do it, If you need me to” He whispered out holding his gun up as he walked around her, but not before placing a hand on her skin and letting the light glow from his hand to seep into the memory witch to heal some of her wounds. He wanted Namine to decide what to do; it was clear that she had so much hate, so much pent up aggression towards the sniper that Prompto wanted Namine to finally be at peace...or as much as she could considering the information he had just found out. Prompto had not taken into consideration that the other tournament goer, Nick was still in the ring. He had not seen the kid as a threat like Xigbar was, and he for sure thought that the kid was most likely scared. Prompto had not noticed that the Xigbar’s weapon had disappeared and re-manifested in front of Nick. He had been paying too much mind to Xigbar, his actions and Namine’s, that his heightened senses had slipped slightly when it came to what was behind him. Yes he was still aware of all the sounds and movements behind him, but his attention was on the threat in front of him. Right now Prompto and Namine were in prime position that if Nick did decide to do something with the weapon Xigbar provided, One of them would be hurt.
1. Prompto's thoughts momentarily became clouded thanks to Xigbar's speaking 2. Offered to end Xigbar. 3. As Nick fell, he saw something open up beneath his feet. He braced himself for the worst. The young teenager watched as he fell through, shutting his eyes for that brief moment in time. When he had landed on the ground, it wasn't a hard and painful landing, but quite soft compared to what could've happened. He opened his eyes, and got back up on his feet. He was glancing around for a moment, glad that he was still alive.
He then looked at his opponents, and then dusted off his pants. After a moment of thinking, he looked at the ground and saw something. It was something he had never seen before. Picking it up, he examined this object. It had some things on it that he has never known about. In his childhood, he has never seen an object like this. Nor has he seen anyone carry something like this.
"Hmm? What is this? Is this a weapon of some sort?" He asked himself as he kicked the weapon off to the side. He didn't really have the time to answer that question, he had to make a move. There was two targets he could choose from: that lovely lady known as Namine, or that gentleman with the blonde hair that called himself Prompto. He picked up the weapon again, wanting to feel how heavy it was. It certainly had some weight to it. However, didn't think it could be used for anything at the moment. So once again, it was kicked off to the side.
He turned to look at Prompto, and without a second thought to his mind. He began running towards him, hoping he can pull off one punch, or maybe even a kick. That's all he could do for attacks after all. No special powers, or any other abilities like the others have. When he ran towards him, he changed from running straight at him to running to the left of him. Hoping to throw him off. In his past, he had watched people who participated in brawls change their position to throw off the main opponent. As he got closer, he would now attempt to punch his opponent straight in the chest.
"Have some of this!" He shouted as he was getting closer to his opponent.
1. Nick looks at the weapon that was by him, and kicks it off to the side. He didn't know what to do with it. 2. He goes after Prompto first. He originally was going to run straight at him, but changed position to throw him off. 3. He will now attempt to punch Prompto in the chest. Naminé @braig Prompto Argentum

"I never said I was a hero..." Namine seethed as it took all her will power not pull the trigger on that grin of his and those gold eyes. She looked at him now. His entire being, he was broken and battered. Her expression soften as she took him in. The once ragged breathing from the fight and hatred started to calm. The gun tip lowered ever so slightly. He was right to some degree. Namine let anger control and it did a more terrifying job then Darkness ever could. No one stopped her though. " But I am not a villain either."She closed her eyes for a moment. When they opened again they weren't looking at Xigbar. She looked of to the side as if averting her eyes would help. Still know call came for them to stop. A deep sigh escaped her lips. This fight had gotten out of hand. She was so angry about what he possible did to Tifa, his bloodlust aim on prompto, and past history that she lost herself to protect them all. Did that really make it alright though? "I just want to be free to live my own life....but you people don't seem to want me, or others for that matter, to do that." She sighed a the gun fall to her side completely. Her grasp had loosen on it. It wasn't like she even knew who to use it. She could search memories to figure it out, but to do that out of hate.....she would truly be no better the the people she broke from. "Just to make new friends, have fun, share adventures with." She paused. "That is all he ever wanted too." Her voice had returned to its normal softness by now as she referred to Roxas. "what is the point in what you are doing? Ruining other peoples lives....even you own....for what?""We aren't going to take you out." She listened to him rattle on. "That isn't what this is about. It was just meant to be entertainment. A good way for others to see how far they have come and learn something new about one another and themselves." She turned to Prompto. "Catch." She tossed the gun to its owner then turned back to Xigbar. Namine crouched down by Xigbar. She wasn't sure if this was all a trick so she took the colored pencil that she places behind her ear at the start of each battle, and grasped in her right hand. She placed his head on her lap. "You aren't going to die...that wouldn't be allowed. True you are hurting, but you'll be healed soon." She spoke to him. It was true that she didn't like him, but as she has stated to others prior, it doesn't matter if you're human or not. he still a living creature. Where it is true that all the living things eventually Fade away, no one should have to before they get to live their life to the fullest. created or birthed. Human or Nobody. whether we were meant to exist or not. It makes no difference. We are here and Alive Now. We're all just trying to find our own way. The Witch of Memory noticed that Xigbar's weapon was not gone. She raised an eyebrow at this. At first she thought he had dismissed it until she heard Nick talking about a weapon. She turned her head to him and noticed that he held Xigbar's weapon. She can't really explain why but this brought a smile to her face. Knowing that it was the first thing she ever known him to do to help someone else. "Guess you are more of a team player then I thought. Never imagine you to be the big brother type." She turned her attention back to the other Nobody. "You....you really didn't do anything to Tifa did you? At the very least you didn't hurt her." Now that she had cooled down, she was thinking more clearly. Him saying that he "got rid of her" didn't have to mean he hurt her. Her could of simply tricked her and she left somewhere falling for it. For some reason, that was seeming more like Xigbar. Namine once again turned to watch the fight that was unfolding with Nick desire to still continue regardless of his situation. She was watching incase the boy had something up his sleeve and prompto truly needed help. It seemed unfair to her if she fought a two on one battle at this moment, unless Xigbar decided to jump up and make a move. She still summoned her sketchbook back to her and began to draw. "Hey, Xigbar?" She asked still not sure if he was still conscious enough to hear her. "What color did your eyes use to be?"
