a falling star fell from your heart.
Returning to some since of normalcy was a challenge when one had been exposed to the vastness of space. The idea of worlds existing outside of their own, while not uncommon, had indeed opened up a variety of new possibilities. It certainly didn't add much to secrecy, as more and more people from different places had suddenly appeared across Gaia. Or at least, that was partial to what the stories had been from individuals that had come across 7th Heaven. They had been more than harmless, yet their tales had given more than a vivid picture of some of the events happening out there. The revival of the Heartless being one of them.
While it was natural that there would be some stragglers, Tifa hadn't imagined them being in such random numbers. Or appearing in places that should have been well fortified. She certainly hadn't heard anything from Rude and Reno on the matter, nor had Shinra himself made an announcement in matter to them. Even Reeves seemed to have been dumbfounded on the issue, stating that he and the WRO were still looking into it.
Making matters worse, she had no idea where Cloud was...and that worried her even more...
Was he still looking for her? Was she even out there? What of the girl that looked amazing like Aerith? Could that have really been her? Questions on the idea of rebirth weren't foreign, but from her understanding, the cycle of the planet and the lifestream was still somewhat of a mystery. Perhaps it was possible to be reborn again.
Still, Tifa had enough things to worry about, and they only continued to pile up upon her every day. Marlene and Denzel, who were starting to grow up much faster than she had really wanted them to. So keeping up with them was a priority. Her friends that still remained within Gaia. Helping the WRO where she could, as well as keeping a well-established livelihood for them to live in. Much as she may have wanted to go and find out...to find him...she knew that it would be best to try and take care of matters at home. That way, they'd have a home to come back to.
Though that didn't stop her from becoming much like a mother and checking in...
"So far...no one had talked about it...Reeve's wanted your opinon as well when you got around to seeing him..."
There was a pause in her voice, her gaze shifting to the side as she leaned over the counter, the phone close to her ear as she released a sigh.
"Cloud....I don't know where you are...just....be careful..."
Leaving the message, the dark haired female would finally come to attention, hearing one of the men within the bar speaking about where they were to put the newest addition to the place. It was a sleek black piano. Something that she had hoped would add to the atmosphere of the place. In quickly coming back to reality, she would smile before walking over and pointing towards the corner. Seeing them struggle somewhat with the weight, the young female would then cup her hand under her chin, tilting her head to the side as they set it down. The angle seemed a bit off.
"Hmm...Maybe it would fit better on the other side?"
"Look lady...this thing weighs a ton..."
Laughing slightly, she would then hold up her hand as she shook her head.
"Here..I can move it..."
The two movers looked dumbfounded, considering that she likely appeared as though she couldn't very well do so on her own. Yet, with little effort, Tifa was capable of pushing it around, causing them to look on in amazement before she finally reeled back and looked towards it again.
"There we go...Thank you so much for bringing it in..."
Reaching into her pocket, she would pay them and watch as they stunningly left the establishment.
"Maybe with this, we can at least draw in a few more people..."
