OUT IN THE DESERTS OF DARKNESS AND DREAMS OUT THROUGH THE OCEANS OF SADNESS WE SAILED VENTURING ONWARDS THROUGH MYSTICAL SCENES BLOWN ON THE WHIM OF THE WIND THAT PREVAILED WE HAD NO REASON TO DOUBT THE TRUTH DRIVEN BY DANGER AND DISCONTENT AND THE DRUMS OF YOUTH
Honestly speaking the Gria did not know what to make of this... floating land. Is it a ship? she noticed outside all the man-made plating, walls, and actual devices sticking out of the ground also the rocks and dirt. When they were flying over to this land, she had noticed even some greenery elsewhere, but this location gave off a vibe like it was meant to be some sort of landing point. Though, the center area seemed like a ship of its own. A large one at that, but there were lots of floating area's. Still, trying to use a ship to move from point to point seemed fruitless.
Ysera felt somewhat glad to even have some sort of map, these people of 'Garlond Ironworks' had attempted to learn some things of this floating continent. It appeared that there had previously been a shield covering the entire continent that had been destroyed in earlier events after which there had been some sort of war going on on top. The continent itself is ancient, so it wasn't like they were an actual part of the war outside being dragged into it due to the forces all jumping in here.
Quite a way to make a mess of ancient civilization, not like anyone still truly lived here, although out of the reports she gotten to read there had been actual people imprisoned here from long ago. Warped due to some 'Primals' as they refer to them. Gods, summons, that sort of thing, she sighed while she was walking over the landing point. Looking back for a moment to check if Cassialyn was coming after, she then walked over to what was known as the 'Helix'.
"So... this is a terminal kind of thing," she looked at the large blue crystal floating before turning to the base and walking around it, "huh.. how does one use one..." she shrugged, it was not part of her assignment here. Their main thing was to try and clear some of the automatons and try to see if they can gather any information from the many 'Nodes' floating around. At least the floating machine balls apparently responded with any information they had.
Checking on her companion, Ysera pointed towards where she noted the path leading up and through some kind of rock formation, "from what the workers told me, there should be some kind of platform allowing teleportation across this area further in," she said with a shrug, calmly continuing, "best to keep our eyes searching for any of these... Nodes... Although, we should see if we can find anything on these ancient races if there's any still around." They had been warned to make certain they couldn't gather any more crystals. Suggested destination was some sort of constructed outpost by the enemy legion that had been here after the shield dropped.
