Lauriam knew he shouldn't still be using the dark portals, but it was his only way through the worlds right now. Short distances could still be jumped with them without harming him, but if he would have to stay in that realm for to long, he would surely suffer damage. It had taken him a few portals to get to the world he was aiming for, namely Traverse Town. His portal spawned in an alleyway, far away from all the people to not cause a huge scene right now. Once the portal closed behind him, the man would adjust his old attire, making sure everything was still presentable after such a annoying travel. He rolled up his sleeves, sighing as he looked into the night sky. Finally. This is quite the uncomfortable way to travel through worlds, but what can you do... I should be happy I can still use them, or I would be stuck in who-knows-where still. Let's see...His eyes scanned the area carefully, before he stepped out of the alley, checking for any heartless that might be lurking nearby. Sora did a remarkable job killing them, but sadly 'destroying' them completely is a task even Sora can't finish alone. Heartless are very complex creatures and even studying them proved to not answer all the questions. Maybe there wasn't even a way to destroy them forever. Shaking his head slightly as he wandered through his memories, he would walk down the street, putting a hand in his pocket. The heartless were not the main reason he came here. He was looking for someone... yes, it's been so many years he had traveled through time, but he just couldn't give up on his search. Many parts of his past were still foggy and unreadable, but remembering the face of his sister had shaken him more to the core than anyone might expect from the 'Assassin' of the Organization. The fact that he had forgotten about her completely with him turning into a nobody, was awful alone in his view. Strelitzia... There must be a way to undo all their mistakes. Maybe even change the Past so all of this doesn't come true at all. If time travel exists, than maybe... maybe there is a chance for him to get his sister and his friends back, after all.

[googlefont="Comfortaa"] ♡ Emet-Selch did not like this place. A broken world made from broken things. They were all sundered, that much he knew, but this world... he could sense it. The aether of this place was far too chaotic, too diverse. There were few signatures that were similar. This wasn't merely a sundered world, this was a patchwork world, stitched together from other worlds. And yet everyone here remained so blissfully unaware. In fact, they seemed to not even realize he existed. They felt ephemeral, fleeting, their aether having survived just the slightest scrape with the darkness. The beasts that devoured their worlds, he'd encountered some of them in his travels thus far, but never once had they been a threat. In fact, they seemed all too happy to listen to him. One step in front of the other, Emet-Selch lazily sauntered through the plaza of Traverse Town, taking a moment to stop at the mailbox. What a ghastly design. He examined it from bottom to top to bottom, before moving on his way to the stairs, taking each step up the stairs. He felt it, in that moment. A dark portal not unlike their own opening, but it didn't really cause him to speed up. He'd look into it, not like he had anything better to do, but he never bothered with a brisk pace, instead just meandering over towards the alleyway, an indifferent, if not bored, expression on his features. It was when he stopped at the alley that he really felt it. A massive influx of variety. Different signatures from different people. He understood then, this was a nexus. Those who found their way to this patchwork planet were often dumped off here. In this alley. It was thematically appropriate, he would admit. So the pink haired man... or was that a woman? He couldn't tell from this distance. Regardless, Emet-Selch stood there, for a moment. If nothing happened, he'd be quite fine to just move on with his day.

[attr="class","BOXU"] I KNOW PLACES WE WON'T BE FOUND In a hurry Strelitzia moved over a path above, seeing the square down. Since she arrived, she had noticed the amount of districts in this place. It was like this place had a lot to see, yet eveything had a similar... vibe. It felt a bit wrong all-together. And yet she felt a familiarity as well. Perhaps there was a connection with Daybreak Town? She hadn't been able to reach out to it at all thus far. It bothered her a lot. Where was this? She didn't understand.
Slowing her pace she started to move to a door as Strelitzia went through it into another district. Her Chirithy had moved elsewhere again, she hoped it was doing alright. Right now it was the only thing... only one with her. Only one familiar. And yet she felt like something was different, something was perhaps happening. Yet she continued her way as she wandered the districts. It had come to her attention that Heartless seemed to show up here a good number of times. How much time has passed since she was with the others?
Strelitzia wished she found one of the Foretellers or just any other Keyblader. She had encountered some helpful people here, but while she could stay here for a long time, she perhaps should try some of the other worlds. Strelitzia had found some to be still accessible, but she felt like even the Corridors of Light had something different in them. All she could think of was the Keyblade War. Did it still await to happen or had it passed? And how was her friend doing? The friend she never dared to speak. I am coming for you. Please wait for me.
Lauriam moved a few locks out of his face, deciding to take a walk through town. Many people from many different worlds came to this world and maybe he could get any informations that could help him on his quest. Maybe he could even do something to help some people and help him with his self-given mission for redemption. He was ready to turn and move to the big gate at the end of the district, when a strange feeling came over him. Something.. or someone was watching him and he could sense a strong darkness radiate from that being. He stopped in his tracks, eyes narrowing slightly, before he would turn to where he could feel the energy coming from. He saw a man that was indeed looking at him, wearing a strange attire and held his body in a bored manner. He didn't look like much of a threat, but Lauriam knew better than to judge a book by it's cover. A being radiating such energy was never something one should take lightly.
He slowly turned in the man's direction, eyeing him. “.... It's interesting how many beings of darkness are drawn to this world.”
The assassin crossed his arms, a smile on his face, expression rather calm. Starting small-talk with a suspicious man isn't what people usually do, but he knew better than to rush into things, like other people, namely Sora or his comrades. “Do you enjoy to stare at people? Not that I am complaining, but not everyone likes being watched from afar. Especially with such a dull look on their face. One could think you are one of these nobodies in human-shape.”
He was joking, of course. Though that man's face reminded him of Xehanort a bit TO much... and he didn't like it at all. He put a hand on his chest, bowing down slightly. “Ah, where are my manners. Is there anything I can help you with, maybe? Are you looking for something? Or are you here... for an other reason?”
