Considering I apped Locke before he was added to Dissidia, I got nothing from those skills, so let's bring some changes into that! Munny comes from @locke and Metus accounts. 100 from Locke and 650 from Metus.

Moonring Blade: Locke pulls out a moonring blade, this circular blade is then thrown at his opponent and will first slice them on the way out before the blade suddenly returns towards Locke, thus having a possibility to slice the opponent a second time from behind. The moonring blade will travel a straight path both ways rather than move around like a boomerang. Two post cooldown.

Striking the opponent from above and pinning him/her in place, he will let his body curve around his opponent upon hitting and perform a fast spinning motion after releasing the blades from his opponent's body. There he will slash at the opponent to hit him/her upward. The entire attack sequence deals massive damage. Four post cooldown.
