Skuld and Terra both expressed their interest in how her Master helped her acquire a Keyblade, Vaneera would ponder it over for a moment. "Does it happen different for everyone? Well, in my case... I was placed against one of the Heartless. Not a strong one, a Shadow. And as a result of my years of training, I got my keyblade!", she explains, then pausing for a moment as if she was trying to recall something. "Oh yeah... I guess I wasn't the only one that was put against the Heartless though. My friend was there too, and I fought to keep her safe. I think they wanted it to be a partnered exercise because it was the first live combat situation.", she reasons.
Though, from her tone of voice, and her expression... It was easy to tell that she didn't like her friend being placed in danger like that. "... I'm just glad I got my Keyblade in time. If I didn't, they might have gotten hurt.", she then comments, trying to lift her own spirits. Skuld then asks if Vaneera had others in her life. "Mm? Oh, yes! I have my family, and then there's my friend, Motet! Though I haven't heard from Motet in a little while... I was going to check up on her, but then... Well, you all saw what the situation was like for yourselves.", she'd then answer. Of course, she was referring to the rampant number of Heartless.
After that, Skuld would reassure Vaneera that she wasn't going to be leaving anytime soon. It prompted the girl in the red hood to give a calm nod in response. Though the relief was very easily seen on her face, now she knew that she didn't have to rush anything, and having two capable people like this helping her out... Her world would be safe for sure! With that out of the way, it seems that Terra had pinpointed the next location they should head towards.
"Wow, that fast? Being skilled with a Keyblade really makes a difference...", she admits her surprise, amazed that he could figure out the major sources of Darkness like that. But there was no time to dwell on it, they needed to head right there and take care of it! "Right! Let's go, I'll keep you covered, Terra!"
With that, they would set off for the bridge. Now that they were on the move, she could see the almost unnatural storm cloud as well. "T-... That's new. I don't think I've seen anything like that...", she'd manage between breaths, looking up at the dark clouds gathering in the sky. This wasn't good, just how many Heartless would appear there?
Well, three Keybladers should be enough to deal with it! It wouldn't take them too long to get there at this rate, even with the stunned onlookers, already talking about the quick formation of the stormclouds and fiddling with their phones to either check weather reports, or take pictures and record video. Seems they weren't aware of the danger... But were making some efforts to be distanced from the immediate location too. "The bridge... There's going to be a lot of people there. It's going to be hectic making sure everyone is alright and can get out if there are Heartless there."
Vaneera's earlier friendliness was starting to fade, replaced with a tone that was completely serious, and ready to fight to the brink...Terra Skuld

ThemeWas that so? That was one way to stir ones heart. But it gave her the answer she was looking for. Whoever the person Vaneera called master was, he didn't give her the keyblade. That wasn't how this worked, least of all in the way she described getting hers. No he forced her into a situation. From the way Vaneera so it sounded like she obtained the keyblade through her strength of heart, that shown through when she protected her friend from the heartless. She could not say the man's intent behind this, whether it was malice, good will or complelty by accident. But she could discern that he did not give her the keyblade, their was no inheritance ceremony... That keyblade came soley from Vaneera's strong heart, from the will to protect those that mattered to her. If she were to guess, especially this girl she defended. But she wouldn't force this information on her, instead she would give the information... And let Vaneera think on it. She was a smart girl, Skuld was sure she couldn't ld figure it out. If not... She would explain more under better circumstances. "Training most certainly helps... But it takes more than that to obtain a keyblade..."She would begin, placing a comforting hand to Vaneera's shoulder as she began her explanation. "Terra, as an experienced wielder can probably confirm, but their are typically two ways one obtains a keyblade, both of which require a heart both strong and worthy of the blades power"She took a deep breath, thinking things over in her head, how best to word things to her apprentice. "Route one is inheriting the blade from another wielder, typically a master themself. The other well... Is much rarer in my experience"Skuld paused a moment, taking her hand and pointing right at Vaneera's chest, more accurately where her heart would be. "The other is purely though ones heart and will, I say it's rarer because the keyblade alone, without any focus must find you worthy. The keyblade doesn't look at things black and white, as good or evil. This is what I believe happened with you. A strong heart... One willing to do everything to protect what she cares about... The keyblade saw what you were made of and reacted to it... The will tonprotect what matters, that is my belief"Skuld would offer a kind smile at her assesment, but she would allow Vaneera herself to take her words as she wished. "That being said the training was not useless, anyone who sees you in a fight can clearly see the that, even as a new bearer"She would be happy to begin Vaneera's training, but that would have to wait. She summoned her Keyblade once more as she looked up to the dark cloud in the sky. Memories ran through her head. Memories of fighting back heartless alongside her friends. Giant towering ones and masses that came upon them. Skuld's expression turned serious as she began her own path towards the cloud "Yes... Terra... Vaneera... I remember something like this... I've faced it before... Your right Terra, we need to stop it now or... It might consume this place... No we're not going to let that happen! Let's go!"She raised her Keyblade in the air then pointed out towards the cloud before charging forth, intent to end this three to the world alongside her friends!

Skuld's words regarding the origins of a keyblade brought memories to the surface of his mind... "require a heart both strong and worthy of the blade's power" "inheriting the blade from another wielder, typically a master themselves". It brought memories that were difficult. Memories of his mistakes...
Memories of Xehanort. He looked back to the other two rather suddenly. He spoke calmly...But it was clear there was more to it. It was like a gentle breeze ahead of a thunderous cloud. His response was in particular aimed at Vaneera in regards to her assistance given in covering his assault on the heartless cloud."Protect the innocent."With very few words, it was clear he intended to mop them up on his own. The other two could do far better of a job keeping the people safe, and he didn't want to risk striking either of them with his attacks. What was about to come next would be him going all-out, it was not the Terra that sunk into darkness. It was the one who had waited in that graveyard for years. All at once his armor appeared once more."Skuld, keep her safe."Were the last words he uttered as he looked at the keyblade master from a time long past. He rushed forward at impressive speed, leaping into the fray just as the first heartless began appearing from the cloud, within the blink of an eye, he passed two of them, slicing them into nothingness. He landed with a roll, throwing his keyblade straight into a larger heartless, leaping forward and taking hold of it's hilt as he pushed past said heartless, never even so much as looking behind him as it poofed away into a dark smog.As a horde of them began to surround him, he lept into the air, his keyblade outstretching to become a whip that flashed as it reached the peak of it's strike each time. This flurry of attacks took out countless numbers of this horde coming down on him, all attracted to that keyblade of his. All fell before their attraction like a moth before a flame. A neo-heartless rushed at him, but he stared it down unphased and within the next moment, flashed forward unbelievably fast, the heartless falling down and disappearing. As the horde grew ever larger, he continued to stare them all down, cutting each down like a blade of grass, he only hoped the other two would focus on getting the people to safety. This that laid before him was nothing despite what it may have looked like to them. Perhaps it was pure rage that drove him forward, maybe a strong desire to make amends for that which he was guilty of. But he couldn't fail this time, the darkness was not something to be feared anymore. He would make sure of it this day.------ Terra used Light Whip (0/2) Terra used Zantetsuken (0/3) Vaneera Skuld

Vaneera nodded as Skuld explained that it took more than training to get a Keyblade. "Yeah! That's why my Master and his organization had such a hard time figuring out how to cause a Keyblade to appear in an individual. Now that I've got one, though...", she trailed off momentarily. Obviously there was more to that, but she paused for now in order to hear what Skuld had to say on the subject of acquiring a Keyblade. There were apparently two methods of doing so, the first was to inherit it from another person, more often than not they were a Master as well. But that part could be safely scratched off...
For as powerful as Blacknore was, he had no Keyblade himself. If he did, it would make things far less complicated for him. The other method was to be recognized as worthy by a Keyblade, which certainly sounded a lot more rare... But, is that really what happened? Vaneera always thought she had been made worthy because of everything that Blacknore taught her. Maybe it really was just down to the type of person she was?
At the time, she wasn't concerned with just getting a Keyblade... She wanted to protect her friend, no matter what it would have taken at the time to accomplish that. "Maybe you have a point... It just always seemed like Blacknore was the one making me worthy of a Keyblade in the first place. The way he always explained it -- I was supposed to be a 'Foreteller for a brighter future.'", she'd then respond.
But now, they had no more time to focus on that. The threat in front of them was very real. Something that needed their complete focus. Though Vaneera and Skuld were hardly lax in jumping into the fray to deal with the threat... Terra was the one that moved the fastest, intending to resolve this in an instant. He gave an order to Vaneera to protect the innocent, and for Skuld to keep an eye on her. "But what about you?! It's crazy to take on that many Heartless alone!", she replies.
Terra didn't seem to care about the risks though. He quite literally dives into the fray, and begins cutting a swathe through the horde of encroaching Heartless. A little stunned at the display, she turns her attention to Skuld. "I-... I guess we focus on getting the others out for now. I can handle myself though, you might need to help him depending how bad this gets!", Vaneera would then say, hoping to not be a burden.
She didn't have much rest earlier, but there was no helping that. If she didn't fight now, so many people would be hurt! Because of that... She closes her eyes for a moment, taking a deep breath as she steadies her Keyblade. "Concentrate... Strike with purpose in an instant!", she said words that sound as though she had recited them many times before, perhaps as part of her training methods. Soon after she would teleport from the spot, and reappear in front of Heartless that were about to strike at people trapped in the chaos. She swung her Keyblade, fending them off.
"Go, now! I'll hold them off!", she would shout, and then teleport to the next batch that she could see right away. The most important part was for her to not be caught in one of the bigger fights. Terra had most of the attention right now, so she just needed to get the stragglers... With Skuld working with them in all of this, they should be able to get this situation under control!------ Terra Skuld Actions: Strike Blitz at Heartless (0/3)

'Foreteller' the name alone wrung memories loose in her head. Memories of the past. Of the all the ones possessing that name had gone through, all they had been made to do. Master Ava... Master Invi... And everyone else. Her hands shook at her side at the reminder and she breathed deep.
"That's not a burden you want to bear... Being a Forteller means leading a Union of keybearers... All of them, they will all look to you and..."
Her words caught in her throat. Her Masters had experienced it. She had experienced it to. That burden was not something someone should have to bear at this age. Hers was a time where they had to, it was their Fate.
"It means giving up what you want to do in life to lead them... And hoping what your doing is for all of their benifet, your not leaving an army... Your leading people and your life"
She then paused, thinking things over. It was best to leave it on a more happy note.
"I am sure the man helped you a great deal... But I'm afraid that in regards to a keyblade, unless he himself had one he was not involved in your actual inherentice of that keyblade. The keyblade as I said doesn't look at combat. It doesn't look at whether your good or evil... Light or dark. It looks at your heart and that is how it judges your worth, if it wants you to wield it. You use a keyblade... Because your heart is strong, a heart that's strength was so strong, to protect that person you care about... The help you... The keyblade came"
They were then told by Terra to stay here while he went on to handle the coming hoard of Heartless coming there way. Skuld flinched, memories flowing through her head. Her friend standing alone in that horrible war, standing alone to face so much she reached out her hand and called out, but he was to far gone.
"Wait you can't just fight them all alone!"
As he went off in the distance she turned back, listening to what apprentice had to say. She was conflicted. She didn't want to abandon Terra to fight alone, but she didn't want to abandon Vaneera ether. She was still a younger keybearer. But she was confident, she was s person that just wanted to help others. And yet... Before Vaneera raced off however Skuld gripped her shoulder and stopped her in place.
"You shouldn't try to put everything on yourself, that's your first lesson... Rely on your friends, let them rely on you.. that is how we truly succeed"
She then cast Cura upon Vaneera, healing any exaustion he had felt until then.
"You won't be alone now ether
It had taken her a moment to remember, what the group brought back way back then. A way she could help Vaneera now, her little buddy, until she could help her get one of her own. But she did. She closed her eyes and focused. I'm a bright flash of light a bright pink cat appeared next to Vaneera, it's eyes bright and a symbol lay upon it's chest. It would rub up agaisnt Vaneera as Skuld leaned down to talk to her.
"Help Vaneera here ok? She's my apprentice, and important to me.. hehe...show her what you can do ok?"
The cat would give a confident not as it turned to face the heartless with confidence, Skuld would then turn to Vaneera herself.
"She's a lot stronger than she looks, you can rely on her her yo help you while I assist Terra, stay safe, ok?"
She then ran off towards Terra, evenually cat up to him and calling out to him as the Heartless began to surround him.
"Terra!"
He seemed to be fighting them off with relative ease but... One man even as strong as he was could only handle so many. Quickly she summoned her Keyblade and focused air around it, rushing through a group of heartless in front of him with her Wind Break
"Don't worry, I've got Vaneera covered! The other people to... Now... Let's clean them up, what do you say? I've got to make up for my failure before anyway!"
She looked to Terra, a determined look on her face as she simply smiled.
------
Back near Vaneera a figure loomed not far from the Heartless. She was surrounded in darkness all upon her form, to the point it was difficult to discern features upon her, aside from the shape of her body and her reddish hair running down her neck, she was an older woman and in her hand was a lone sword as she smirked, but even that might not be visable as she spoke.
"Protector"
The Heartless around the pair, at least seemed to stop their efforts of attacking innocent people, perhaps due to the woman's pressure upon them, they obeyed her that much was clear. She pointed at Vaneera and stepped back.
"Defend"
The small group of Heartless would charge forth upon the lone wielder, the darkness incased woman simply watching from behind, simply observing.

Even though he fought with such endless ferocity, they seemed to keep coming. It was as an endless wall of darkness flooding towards him, but with each heartless that rushed him, he continued to destroy it. He had no other choice, if he let up for even a moment, he could be seriously hurt, or worse...He could fail to protect the people here. It wasn't a scenario he was going to allow. Not now, not ever. But amidst the chaos, he heard someone call out his name..."Terra!"He looked back in surprise, that voice sounded...Familiar. Comforting in a way. It was his friend, one of the two he tried so hard to protect. For a moment, he could even swear he was back in Radiant Garden again, were these...His memories? He felt a tinge of pain eat at his chest, but for reasons he couldn't remember... Was this a painful, bitter memory?"Take me with you!"He lowered his keyblade, looking back to the younger wielder. Though behind his mask, his expression may have been concealed, he had a somber view of the scene playing out before him. It was certain that this was nothing more than shadows of the past, things that have already been."I just...I know when I really need you, you'll be there for me, Ven."The younger wielder gave him a bright smile, and for a moment, he forgot all about the dark cloud threatening this world..."Of course! Why wouldn't I? We're friends, right?"A sharp pain brought Terra back to the harsh reality of the situation at hand. He was knocked back by a heartless from the side. When he looked back towards Ventus though...He was gone. The person Terra had been speaking to was Skuld instead. But Skuld offered to help him, and...Witnessing that memory, there was really no way he could deny her, even if part of him wanted to handle it alone. Terra supposed...Accepting help was a part of making amends, in it's own way.He gave her a silent nod, getting back to his feet once more and staring down the horde before them. He had only one thing to say to her, as a warning."Stand back."His keyblade glowed brightly, and soon transformed into a massive cannon. Within the next instant, it fired off, the bright beam of pure energy wiping out several waves of heartless in but a single attack. If it wasn't clear to Skuld why he gave her that warning before, it was now. It's energy dispersed, the cannon returned to it's original form once again. He was now back on his guard, ready to fight alongside his fellow keyblade wielder.------ Terra used Ultima Cannon (0/0) Light Whip on Cooldown (1/2) Zantetsuken on Cooldown (1/3) Vaneera Skuld

Although they were about to fight, Skuld did have enough time to say the key words she wanted to say to Vaneera. Namely, that she didn't want to become a Foreteller... It was an incredibly heavy responsibility. Given how troubled Skuld obviously was as she spoke, it was enough to make Vaneera seriously consider what she was saying... It was true, becoming a "Foreteller" meant that she would be responsible for the training of new Keyblade Wielders, to prepare them and lead them. But she always thought that one day she could be ready for it. Blacknore certainly seemed to think she could do it, anyway.
But the way Skuld described it... Maybe she needed to put more thought into it. But Darkness was coming to her world, right? If she didn't fight, then... Vaneera just wasn't sure what to do yet. Maybe they could talk about it more once they had taken care of the Heartless. Though before she jumped into the fray, Skuld would place a hand on her shoulder and heal her. The curative energies restoring the red haired girl to proper form. She lets out a sigh of relief, then nodding as Skuld instructed her not to try and take everything on alone.
Soon after, a little pink cat appeared at Skuld's behest, and responded to her commands to protect Vaneera. With that, Skuld would say to rely on her in the battle. "Right... Thank you, Skuld!", she would then respond. Now, she had an advantage as she went into battle. Someone to back her up! Though she was a little curious on just how strong the small animal was, her doubts would fade as it struck down Heartless that were coming in at Vaneera's blind spot. "Nice! Good job!"
She'd shout to her temporary companion. Now it was a matter of coordinating their attacks from here on out! ... Which ended up being a very lucky thing. The Heartless stopped focusing on the innocents in the surrounding area. Instead, they were bearing down entirely on Vaneera right now! "R-... Really?!", she expressed her confusion. Especially since all of this seemed to be happening due to the instruction of an unknown individual...
As much as she wanted to charge right up there and deal with her, she couldn't with all of these Heartless getting in the way! The best she could do for now was fight them off, along with Skuld's Dream Eater. Though as she was preparing for a long fight... There a very sudden change in the battlefield. A beam of light that barreled it's way through several Heartless, even cutting into some of the ones that were focusing on Vaneera right now!
"Whoa... Okay, that makes this easier then!", she'd steady herself, and strike while the iron was hot! The Dream Eater backed her up, and the two attacked in unison. With each Heartless they took down, they were getting closer to that strange figure. "I'll get some answers from you one way or another!"------ Skuld Terra Actions: Strike Blitz (1/3) Skuld's Dream Eater + Vaneera are using basic attacks together to clear the way through the Heartless, approaching the strange figure commanding them.

He mentioned a 'Ven' The familiar name causing Skuld to pause as Terra spoke to her. It was clear by the end he wasn't truly speaking to her. But that Nickname... It made the full name roll off her lips effortlessly. The name of her friend and ally back then... So long ago. "Ventus....?"However her thoughts of times past would be quickly put to the side as Terra told her to step back, at first she was confused, but that quickly left her as Terra's Keyblade shifted into a large cannon, making the intention clear. She would give a nod and stand back. But rather than simply stand there... She had other plans. All these Heartless... One big attack from Terra was sure to clean out many of them but... The morr that didn't get back to Vaneera the better. She trusted her new apprentice of course, but she had always been the protective type, that wouldn't change now. The Dandelion Leader held out Starlight alongside Terra's cannon form Keyblade and focused her energy, light pouring out to the tip of her keyblade. "You've got the cool guardian thing down you know... It reminds me of a friend...but then, I've always been the type to stand by those friends, like we are now..."The light continued to build, reaching the point it could be compared to Terra's own burst of energy. "It's the type of person I am... Standing by others... Combining our strength to overcome overwhelming circumstance... Yes... I prefer that.. using our light to bring it's shadow back into balance... Yeah that's our duty! Let's go!"It was the the massive build of light was shot off in combination with Terra's own attack, her Lasting Hope[/color] assisting Terra's in razing the battlefield with a powerful blaze of light that combined would take out a great deal of the coming Heartless, but not quite all of them. Afterwards she'd give a grin to Terra as she returned to a combative stance alongside Terra, though stunned for a moment the Heartless would soon begin comeing back in Skuld smiled and called to hef combative partner as she dsshed out once more with her Starlight to strike them down. "Let's bring them down!"Lasting Hope: 0/0 ----- "Answers? From what sister said when we were younger... I assumed you'd be smarter than that, able to piece things together..."Everything else checked out, Vaneera was defently a hero. She so valently fought against the Heartless. Fought her way towards her. For 'answers' she couldn't guess? No perhaps she couldn't see. The bigger picture. The horror sister committed... Had to be corrected. And then the light ripped past them and she was forced to leap back to avoid it, sheathing her sword in the process. By the end the Heartless were down by a large amount around the pair, her hood came down and her face was revealed. And she had a smile on her face, as one of her metal clad arms rested on her side. "Long time no see 'protector' have you been protecting what's important...?"For her it was obvious... What should be protected, it caused conflict with what she was supposed to do. "That is to say... Who's important"She stepped forward a bit, energy dancing along her arms as she stared Vaneera down. "To make it obvious, I'm here for my sister Vaneera, so where is she? She has a role she has to fill, and I need to guide her there"

"Ventus"...That was his name, the name of Terra's friend...The one who saw him as an older brother. Terra wanted to recall the batch of memories that had suddenly become so clear to him now upon hearing that name for the first time in ten years. But now wasn't the right time. He'd be foolish to let his guard down twice in a row. It was a painful wait, but it did mean there were some things that would have to be said once all of this was over. Between both Skuld and Terra, there were likely to be a multitude of questions aimed at one another.Besides, there were more important matters at hand. He was quite impressed when Skuld stayed by his side. It wasn't that this was the first time he had ever fought alongside someone. He did so with his friends back then, too. But after being alone for so long...It touched him in a positive way. Even though he was about to tell her to focus on helping Vaneera, he just...Couldn't bring himself to do it. As he watched her keyblade send a beam of light alongside his, he saw waves and waves of heartless wiped away without any chance. Once the dust settled, some still remained, though their numbers had gone down to a small horde rather than an endless army. It seemed the dark cloud was unable to keep up with that all-out assault. He listened to her speak, and would give a silent nod before responding."You remind me of someone too. I know he would have fought just as hard if he were here right now. ""using our light to bring it's shadows back into balance"...Despite all he had been taught, all that his master believed, that darkness was something to be destroyed. To simply bring it into balance instead... He liked that, in a way. He understood it. He gave her a smile and another nod. Showing he was okay with cooperating with Skuld.Though, just as he was ready to continue pushing forward, a massive pool of inky black fell from the clouds above, and with it's arrival a chilling cold wind blew across the bridge. As though they were caught in the middle of winter. But this didn't make sense. It had been warm prior to this...The dark pool began to take form before them, it grew massive until finally it became a full-fledged heartless towering above them.(The heartless in question: Shiva)Terra steeled himself, observing the battlefield, the new arrival, the figure waiting ahead of them, and the new wielder in red. He knew what he had to do from here. Though he looked over to Skuld and began to speak first, relaying his plan to her."Distract that big heartless for a second! I have an idea."He rushed ahead, striking down heartless and making his way towards Vaneera. He'd slide in front of her, picking off any heartless in the way first before reaching out towards Vaneera with an open hand, whatever his plan was, it relied on her going along with it. He trusted her with that much."Vaneera, Take my hand and get your blade ready!"If she accepted and took hold of his hand, he would quickly turn towards the mysterious girl, digging his feet into the concrete road of the bridge and launching Vaneera skyhigh - On a collision course with the darkness shrouded figure calling the shots. But that wasn't all, he aimed his keyblade at her and shouted out a spell name:"It's time to end this! Fire!!"And sent a large ball of darkness wrapped fire heading right towards this stranger. Though it would be simple to block the Dark Firaga. - Hitting her with the fire wasn't his goal. It was distracting her that he was concerned with. And with that he'd rush back to Skuld's side, pointing his keyblade now at the Shiva that had appeared before them. It was up to Vaneera to handle the mysterious figure now, this thing was enough to keep the two busy as it was.------ Terra used Dark Firaga - (Cooldown: 0/4) Skuld Vaneera

Whoever this person was, they decided to respond by taunting Vaneera, mentioning something about a sister, and being disappointed that the Keyblade Wielder couldn't piece things together... "What are you talking about?!", she'd demand, still confused about what was going on here. Soon enough, the figure revealed themselves however. They looked familiar, but... It couldn't be... "You...?", she'd query, the confusion only growing. But she wouldn't lower her guard despite what they had to say, and the words to share... That just about confirms her suspicions.
"You're here for Motet?! Then I know you're up to nothing good if you're using Darkness, and commanding the Heartless to attack all of these people! Whatever "role" you want to take her on, I won't let you!", she'd yell in defiance. "I won't tell you where she is either! I can't trust you!", she adds. Ready to initiate the duel as they began to step closer.
It seems like the battle with the Heartless is far from over... As a chilling wind begins to settle in across the battlefield, and frost forms at a rapid pace. Vaneera wasn't in the brunt of it, but she could definitely see and feel some of the effects, courtesy of a larger Heartless... Terra and Skuld had their hands full -- Though as Vaneera mused on that for a brief moment, she realized that Terra actually cut a path through to her, and offered his hand to her, telling her to grab on and ready her Keyblade. Vaneera nods, steeling herself and grabbing onto Terra's hand. Soon after, he turns and then throws Vaneera towards the girl calling the shots! He also follows up with an attack that would give Vaneera the opening she needs.
This was the time to capitalize then! She shifts herself in the air, readying her Keyblade and surging towards her foe as fast as she is able, just behind Terra's attack... The spirit that Skuld gave to help Vaneera fend off the Heartless also contributes in it's own way, unleashing Light and concentrating it onto Vaneera's Keyblade! All that was left now was for the red haired girl to utilize her technique; Strike Rush! The combination of assistance from Terra and the Spirit, along with her own technique allowing to close the distance even faster, and strike multiple times... This should be enough to break through whatever defense that the enemy might have!
"Haaaaggghhh!!! I'll put a stop to you, and all the Heartless under your command! Then I'm going to make sure Motet is safe no matter what!", she was filled with adrenaline. Ready to see this fight finished, and then go and help Terra and Skuld with their fight! Then, she needed to find Motet... Light began to radiate off of her form, and her eyes began to glow noticeably -- But remained unchanged in color. They were still blue. But, Vaneera didn't entirely leave herself open, either... She paced herself. Unlike the fight she was in before.
This called for a controlled offensive, rather than an all out flurry. In the off-chance her opponent could take this onslaught, she needed to be ready for the counterattack...------ Terra Skuld Skuld's Dream Eater Actions: 1 - Casts Light to empower Vaneera's Keyblade Vaneera's Actions: 1 - Strike Rush @ Mysterious Girl 2 - Basic Attack @ Mysterious Girl 3 - Basic Attack @ Mysterious Girl Cooldowns: Strike Rush (0/2)

Terra seemed to react well to her words, wnd Skuld smiled in turn. They would clear out the Heartless here, then they would find the source and bring it under control. But... The air quickly grew cold, and she rather quickly saw why. Before them rose a stronger Heartless to remove what was destroyed. By its look and the effect it was have it an ice based Heartless. Vaneera was dealing with this strange newcomer... And them the Heartless. She had confidence in Vaneera even as she kept her eye on her, but she held no expectstionnshe could held both this stranger and the big Heartless. No it would have ti stay seperated for now, they each had their own conflict to handle. Terra and she would handle this Heartless, but she still had every intention of coming to Vaneera's aid after... For now she and Terra needed to handle this, they needed to sort this out. "Right, I've got it!"Terra went to aid Vaneera for a moment, leaving Skuld to distract the Heartless itself, which she was more than happy to do first with a volley of flame by her Fira spell to close the gap between them, she had every intention of keeping the Heartless frol grtting past her or interuptiong the efforts of her friends. Speaking of the pair, the woman was surprised by the assualt, having expected the two more experenced fighters to focus om the Heartless while she fought her hated foe. This was seen by the clear annoyance in her face as she shot a jet of electricity from her metalic hands to counter the flame, though it caused a small boom close to her sending her back a bit, and distracting her clearly from Vaneera's own attack. A barrage of strike came down, The woman only abke to direct the damge towards her arms, but still taking the full damage from her attack in those areas, as the last blows hit she attempted a hard kick to Vaneera's center to pusb her back, followed by a blast of thunder from her hands to keep her back. "I don't... Care what I have to use... To save her! I will save her from you! Your a false hero, your father a false prophet... I don't care what I have to do to get her away from you! Your words prove your not the one to protect her you foolish woman! You hate darkness... Because of that you can't protect her! But I will... No matter what she becomes! No matter how she grows or what I have to do!" No matter what I HAVE to become I will save her from your lies! Your false promise! Even... If I must use darkness... Even if I must become death"Meanwhile as Terra returned a nod with him, ensuring he was ready to go foward. "Let's take it down Terra! I've got your back!"For her part Skuld jumped into the air and came down with a flurry of blows into her Blitz Trying to keep the Heartless pinned down for Terra to deal a powerful blow of his own. They were going to finish this! The woman stood her ground, energy crackling in her hands as she faced down Vaneera. "This, I swear as her sister, as Nova Oratorio. I can't defeat all three of you... Bjt I will grt string enough to... Most of all... Stronger than YOU to break your hold over her... You and him! The day will come...She tapped a few buttons on her arms, and an aura surrouned her body as she began to vanish. "The day will come when I tear you asunder, goodbye false teller"And the energy surrounded her fully... And then dissapeared along with Nova herself. She was gone... But her precense had likely been felt in full. Terra Vaneera

The massive ice heartless raised one of it's arms in attempt to block the fira spell launching towards it, the attempt was a success in mitigating major damage to the majority of it's body, though it's arm did appear to be slowly melting, it was left visibly reeling from that, right as Skuld came down with a flurry of strikes. It could do no more than raise it's other unmelted arm to block her attacks, leaving it wide open...Perfect for Terra to ready a major attack. He took up a stance, not unlike one his master from so long ago would, focusing energy into his keyblade, her stared down the emblem marked upon it's head, that was the target's weakpoint, it had to be! He'd close his eyes, focusing for a second longer..."Time to end this!!"All at once as if in a blur, he flashed forward, striking it squareon the peak of it's head, causing it to topple backwards. It had taken major damage! But it wasn't done yet... It attempted to retaliate, the arm Skuld's fira hit was fully melted... And from the melted stub came...Several ice tendrils?! they flared outwards and all began to converge towards Skuld! Terra had almost let his guard down after scoring such a heavy direct hit! He leapt upwards, his blade becoming like a whip once more as he swung it with purpose, deflecting several tendrils away from Skuld, but being struck by two of them and getting sent slamming down into the bridge. He was being pinned down by the ice tendrils which thankfully hadn't pierced him directly. Though it was a possible risk to keep in mind going forward... The frosty deadly heartless which at first seemed as though it was toppling down simply shifted it's angle, floating harmlessly inches above the roadway. It HAD suffered some pretty heavy damage as the emblem was almost completely wiped away, though it still persisted, threatening all three of them alongside the citizens.--- Terra used Zantetsuken! - (Cool down: 1/3) Dark Firaga - (Cooldown: 1/4) Skuld Vaneera

Damn... She knew who it was now. It was Nova. And she was stronger than ever! Holding her own against Vaneera's ruthless onslaught of attacks, and even managing a counterattack to force the Keyblade Wielder back! The kick hits it's mark, and it sends her skidding back as she steadies herself, and readies her weapon to deflect the Lightning coming her way! "Tch...! Stronger than I thought!", she'd state. But she could keep going. She had to.
"Of course I hate darkness! It's destructive! People can't survive in it! Just LOOK at the Heartless you're controlling right now! They were attacking everyone!", she shot back. But it seemed useless; Nova was deadset on becoming more powerful, in order to beat her... And do SOMETHING to Motet. She wasn't sure what, but Vaneera could piece that much together.
"If you hurt her...!", she began. Then noticing that Nova was pressing a few buttons, and becoming enveloped in an aura. The girl fades just as suddenly as she had arrived. But not without an ominous message for her. Frustration began to boil up within Vaneera. Anger. And as it did, she remembered something... What Blacknore had told her before...
--
"Vaneera. You are strong in many aspects. Your potential is latent, but notable. You can become physically stronger than most, you have a great magical potential... But even more than that...", the man paused for a moment. Placing a hand on her shoulder.
"You are strongest in the Light. Your capacity for it is even greater than my own. You may not be able to harness that power yet... But there is a way for you to do so. There will come a day when you are faced with your greatest enemies, and your anger and hate will hit their peak. In that moment... Give yourself to the Light. Let it flow through your very being. Become the Light itself, and strike down Darkness!"
--
It clicked in her head. Vaneera would straighten herself out, and then throw her head back. She'd release her Keyblade, but it would remain suspended in the air. The Keyblade would float overhead, and then a blinding light would envelope her and her weapon.
"HaaaaggggGGGHHHHH!!!", she yelled.
This light was not warm and inviting. It threatened to burn it's enemies, and the unworthy. And such a strong light... The Heartless simply could not ignore it. The Heartless would halt in their advances, and turn to the source. Which Terra and Skuld could both see as well, as the light began to die down to a normal level. Save for a single figure at the very center.
A young woman clad in armor. Pristine white, and glowing. Her cape flowing slowly despite there being no wind to support it to such a degree. Her legs ended in what looked to be blades, a pale turquoise color. Her eyes glowed a bright blue, and they looked cold. As if it were facing down a most vile enemy that must be purged for even daring to exist.
The figure would calmly reach up, grabbing hold of the Keyblade, and then suddenly slashing it merely to level it out as she pointed it at the largest Heartless in the area. The one that Terra and Skuld had grievously injured, but had not yet defeated.
Understandably, Skuld's familiar would back off from the newly formed Vaneera. And the armored figure would fly straight at the Heartless! It was like she had shot straight out of a cannon. Wind blew fiercely as particles of light scattered through the air, and clung to the smaller Heartless, damaging them constantly.
But the largest in the herd would receive the worst of it. As Vaneera punched straight through the mass in a single blow. The armor clad warrior would then calmly turn back to the Heartless as the darkness began to crystallize. It was slowly purified... Into a familiar substance that Skuld had seen before. Lux. Although this took a much different form from even that. This must have been something similar, but not at all the same.
The crystal would fly straight at Vaneera, and pierce her through the chest. "Gaaaaaggghhh!!", she'd once more yell out, as the crystal was slowly absorbed into her form. The armor would then begin to fade, and the Keyblade Wielder was lowered back onto the ground slowly, but surely.
As her feet touch the bridge, she would drop to her knees, and catch herself with her Keyblade. She was taking ragged breaths, and all of her colors seemed much paler... Almost as if permanently stained by the Light itself. Though that would eventually fade as time passed, returning to their original splendor.
But her eyes carried a brighter glow now...
"I did it...", she finally managed between gasps for air, gripping her free hand into a fist. "Ha... Haha! Just like Master said...!", Vaneera celebrated her victory; worn out as she was. The Heartless in the area were gone now, thankfully.
Although that left quite the mess to deal with... And not so much the damage done from the battle. Chances were, Skuld and Terra wouldn't be sure what to make of what just happened..._______ Terra Skuld Actions: 1 - Lord of Light (Plot) @ Heartless 2 - Daystar (Plot) @ Ice Heartless Cooldowns: Strike Rush (1/2)

Of course the first thing she did was bult to Terra's defense. After all he got pinned down helping her. A flash of light rained from her keyblade and onto the tendrils as she ran to his front. However even as weakned as he the Heartless was jt still had a fearce instinct to survive, to hurt. In defense of her new friend she held her keyblade out in defience to block the attacks. Keeping more from getting past her and harming him more. She tried to find an opening, but all she could do was keep them from getting past her to Terra. If she made a move to finish it right now it could get past her and attack Terra. She coudn't risk that. But if she didn't make a move soon... She could only guard for so long.
"Have to find an opening... Somewhere... where"
But she didn't have to. No because the form of her apprentice peirced it instead. She could recognise her through the armor, but her light was different. It was feral, wild. She wwsn't complelty in control of herself and seemed to be relying on her instincts instead, the Dream Eater in fear returned to her side as Vaneera began her assualt. The tendrils came free as a result and Skuld gave the poor creature a pet to comfort it. She looked back to Terra to check if he was ok.
"Are you ok..? Terra... You saw her right?"
Her gaze focused on what haooened once the beast, now cut down became. Vaneera purified it, turning it's darkness back into crystilized light. Lux.... But something felt off about it. As Vaneera returned to the ground Skuld walked foward. She gave a comforting nod to her as she made her statement. She had several concerns here but... That didn't mean Vaneera hadn't done well. Still... She had a feeling they would need to reign in this new... Force. Left unchecked it had the potential to be as dangerous as what it sought to destroy. But that wasn't Vaneera's fault. It could be a hole in her training, or simply an oversight By this master she praised. Ether way... She would help her through it, it was simple as that. For noe though? She deserved praise.
"Yes you did, very well done Vaneera"
She offered her hand to Vaneera and if accepted she would proceed to supoort her by draping her student's arm over her shoulder. Breifly she gave Terra another look of concern before addressing the more important matter.
"She'll need somewhere to rest. I won't be intruding on her home for now, but this kind of world... Probaly has some form of inn, would that be right Vaneera?"
With her free hand she tapped her chin in thought. Their was still her other new ally. She didn't want to just force him along. As a keybearer he was sure he had his own duties outside of their own.
"Terra? What about you? Your welcome to join us of course... But I know well what duty comes with our keys"
Vaneera was still a student, besides that she was exausted. But she didn't want to interfere with Terra's duty if it wasn't his wish.

Pinned to the floor, but not totally out of the game. If he could just get up, he could finish it off...! He gripped the broken tendril, attempting to crush it with his hand, but he winced as he felt a burning pain, realizing that the armor over his hand had been destroyed in the fight, probably when it retaliated against him, naturally he immediately let go. Thankfully for him though, Skuld came to his defense, destroying the tendrils pinning him to the ground and allowing him to sit up as he attempted to get up to speed through ragged shallow breaths."Thanks for the save..."He started to get up, using his keyblade as a support, desperately wanting to jump in to stop Skuld from taking so many blows from the Shiva. Though before he could leap into action he heard shouting, and had to shield his eyes as he witnessed a bright burning light coming from the other side of the bridge. Once it dissipated enough for him to see the source, he could see someone clad in pristine light armor. It's attacks were fast and brutal, the Shiva's ice tendrils attempted to strike out against the light berserker, but melted within a short radius, never coming close to striking them. Within just a short moment, it was blasted clean through, being turned into strange crystals of light. Terra simply shook his head. He was appreciative that the heartless were destroyed when they were, because the situation was turning grim very fast, but that form...He couldn't say it was something he was particularly happy to witness."Yeah, I'm fine. I saw it, but I'm not entirely sure what it was exactly."Memories came back to him at once. Of how he was drawn in by the raw power of darkness, and how malleable he was under it's influence; The things he had done, injuring people, taking someone's heart. Even...Causing the death of his very own master. Maybe it wasn't darkness he was witnessing here, but it wasn't a good thing. He rubbed carefully at his side, a massive gash on the side of his armor, though thankfully not cutting very deeply into him at all, it WAS still a bit sore however. He walked towards them, calling away his armor and returning to his normal, undamaged outfit."I've seen what giving in to the raw power of the elements is like, and... I'm not so sure it's a good thing."He shook his head once more, calling away his keyblade for now as he surveyed the damage left in the wake of the heartless attack."I can't leave yet. I'm still looking for answers. Besides... There might be stragglers."As much as he wanted to rush off to find Aqua and Ventus, the truth was... He didn't even know where to begin looking. The worlds he had visited all those years ago, the places he had seen them, where he lived... it was still a blur. He could only recall vague images of these worlds, not their names, not their locations...He needed to find more here before he could go running off. And the truth was that he had no where else to really go for the moment besides following along with the other two. Besides, maybe they would have answers of their own? He didn't exactly get a chance to speak to them given how quickly the heartless appeared. He stared out over the side of the bridge, seeing that the sun was setting over the horizon."It'll be night soon. The heartless will be stronger in the dark if any are left. We should hurry."--- Skuld Vaneera
