The two chipmunks began jumping up and down with complete excitement. As Dale grabbed the microphone, the day had just reached lunchtime, but there was still a lot of action to come. The crowd had begun to grow during the last round, and a series of small bleachers around the plaza had filled completely.
"Wow! What a first round, Chip!"
"Yeah, let's get right to the second round!"
"All right! First up is-!"
Posting Order Tidus, @crowe, @zest, then Ramza Beoulve
This round ends on October 7th. Remember only 48 hours to post!

They had won and honestly it came to no surprise to the young blitzballer. The way the match ended it would only make sense for Zest and Tidus to advance on to the next round so with the small amount of time they had before their next match he decided he would make use of their healing facilities. His wound from the previous battle certainly would have slowed him down tremendously had they had to continue on, but after some quick healing he was up and raring to go again. When he got to the arena again he listened to the roar of the crowds and when his name was called first he made a run for the stage doing a few flips as he entered the spotlight. The roar of the crowd was like music to his ears. It had been so long since he had adoring fans like he had when he was in Zanarkand. Oh wait….that was a dream. His smiled faded slightly as he realized that his past life in Spira before ending up there after Destiny Islands was not real for him. For the blonde hero it was only a fading dream yet everyone from there knew him when he did return. It was frankly confusing to the young man. Was he the guy they all remembered or was he not? “Nah,” Tidus said aloud to himself as he pushed those thoughts away to prepare for the next rounds fight. He looked back at where he entered and gave a shout, “Come on Zest! Hurry up we don’t want to keep the other team waiting!” He gave a goofy smile at his teammate before turning to where their opponents’ would be most likely entering the stage. His hands behind his head and with one leg behind the other he chuckled at the idea of how fun this match could be. As soon as his first opponent entered the arena he had to say, “Let’s make this match an exciting one!”

◄ HAVEN'T YOU HEARD WHAT BECOMES OF CURIOUS MINDS? Looking over the brackets again, Crowe smiled to herself. She had passed into the next round, which was pleasing. However, the one from the Prince's entourage had also passed into the second round. It was somewhat saddening the only chance to encounter Prompto was if both of them got to the finals. Honestly, she really should try and find him and possibly others from home after all this. It would give her an idea of what is going on. Readjusting herself, the Glaive headed towards her next match. Coming into the open, she moved calm up to the ring and noted a blonde man on the opposite side. Whom called out to her, with a smile, she nodded: “good luck to you! Let's make it a good show for the crowd.” From the looks, she would guess he'd be more a sports person? Looking over his body, he definitely was well-trained. Likely quick on his feet, she thought to herself, she was perhaps trained and could move quickly, but her fort was magic back with the Glaives. Those quicker and stronger tended to go in close and attack with Warps, but she tended to shields and using magic. Looking over her shoulder, Crowe checked on if Ramza had arrived. He should have at least, here was hoping the man had the capabilities to keep hold of the frontline. Still, she wasn't going to let herself be outdone. Listening to the crowd and the two announcing... puppets? She assumed those two things weren't actual animals. The Kingsglaive watched to see Zest and Ramza get onto the plaza too.

As Zest looked upon the bracket he could only close his eyes and let out a sigh. Since he had joined the tournament rather late he didn’t really have much time to see the names of the other participants, but now that he had gotten the chance to do so he was able to confirm the suspicion he had. “I was correct to enter this tournament...” Zest said staring at a certain name. Though it was true that he had come to better himself in this tournament, there was one main reason he also joined this tournament. There were rumors that his comrade Rojo was entering tournaments and even won one of them. Being able to claim victory and praised seemed like something Rojo would pursue and with that thought in mind it was clear that this was the very same Rojo he knew.
Zest was quite glad to know that Rojo was alright and well enough to be able to enter a tournament, but the results of the red mage’s battle left the warrior disappointed. He had hoped that he would be able to gauge just how much Rojo had improved since they last saw each other. Though Zest’s abilities had been hampered a tad ever since they defeated Chaos, slowly his abilities and strength began to return to him once more. If Zest was to be able to fight off all those who wished to harm the worlds then he would need to regain his full strength and surpass that as well.
Being able to sit and recover from the previously difficult fight allowed him to restore his stamina and his mental strength as well. The fights were only going to get more difficult from here on out and he would fight with everything he had. With his helmet in hand he placed the horned helm upon his silver mane and with it, he began to walk towards his next fight.
There was still room to improve and if he and Tidus could increase their synergy then they could get far in this tournament. Walking behind Tidus towards the arena he couldn’t help but ponder on about the strange feeling he felt when he saw Tidus. He couldn’t recall ever meeting Tidus before this tournament, but despite this, the blitzball player seemed quite familiar. Even his battle style seemed reminiscent to something unknown to the warrior.
The moment Zest took his first steps into the arena his pondering came to a halt. While his second opponent hadn’t arrived just yet, it seemed the first was a woman who looked like she held the experience of battle. His opponent stood before him ready for battle and Zest would respond by drawing his weapon as he stood firm and straight. “Come! Face us with determination and courage!” Zest declared firmly.

Location: Disney Town Mood: Determined Status: Well Ramza was not awake to hear they had won their last match. The news came much later, when he was healing for the devastating blow he took at the end, protecting Alma.
Recovering hasn't been easy, but with the help of the local medical team, he was back in fighting shape in time for the second round. However, his actions still weighted in his mind; he had put the match in jeopardy due to his inability to keep his emotions in check. He acted irrationally, and could have cost Crowe the match.
As he entered the arena, he waved to the public - this was a spectacle, after all - and took his position besides Crowe.
"Lady Crowe..." He whispered. "I'd like to apologize for my actions on the last bout. I acted irrationally. I guarantee thee that such a thing will not happen again. And I am honored to have such a fearsome warrior such as thee as my partner." He said, unseathing his blade. "This time, my head shall be fully in the fight. I am yours to command.". Ramza took the initiative on the planning last round, mostly due to his selfish emotions. He wanted to give that opportunity for Crowe this time.
Ramza then eyed his opposition. There were two men there - a fact that made Ramza happy, as it meant he would not have to hit a lady. One was a very athletic-looking blond man; the other was some sort of white-haired knight, in full armor. "Sirs!" He spoke loudly, trying to make his words reach his opponents despite the roaring of the crowd. "I am Ramza Beoulve, son of Barbaneth Beoulve, and Knight of the land of Ivalice! May the best team win, and may these people never forget the clash they are about to witness! Now, come!"

The first to arrive on the arena was another female fighter. Tidus knew that anyone could pack a punch in a fight if it wasn’t evident from their last fight it would be from the damage Lulu could do on their journey during Yuna’s pilgrimage. So he knew he couldn’t underestimate this woman and what she could bring to the table, but still there was something about her that intrigued him. It felt like she might be a bit more trained than your average opponents. Tidus wasn’t sure how to place this feeling, but he shook it from his mind and responded to her by stating, “Let’s get wild!” He gave a nice laugh as he pulled out his sword ready to get the battle started when his partner arrived on the scene. “Took you long enough,” Tidus said jokingly to his partner whom was definitely the more stoic of the two. Still they balanced each other out which was a fine thing to Tidus. He knew he could be rash and even hotheaded at times so to have been given a partner who was more level headed certainly would help them. Plus the two seemed to have a nice chemistry fighting together so that helped. It was almost as if they had fought together before and despite this Tidus was certain they hadn’t met previously. Then again he had memories of a place he thought was a dream that turned out real in the end so who knows if the two did in fact know each other previously. The blonde just would shrug off the ideas believing if the memories were there he would remember them eventually. When he partner made his heroic proclamation Tidus had to roll is eyes in amusement. Always with the gallant intro his partner was. Tidus couldn’t help and laugh at the words his partner said and added, “Yeah! Show us what you got!”
Then their other opponent entered the ring and this time it was a male fighter. Tidus did’t feel too threated by first glances at the young man whom seemed rather scrawny compared to most male fighters he had seen, but much like how he felt to female fighters he figured there was something special about this boy if he made it past the first round already. Then he spoke and Tidus knew he was right. He spoke in such a formal manner, unlike his own informalities, and even spoke to being a knight from where he hailed from. This was impressive to say the least to Tidus as he didn’t think the young boy would have the skill to be given the title of knight. “Alright! Let’s do this,” Tidus shouted in excitement and response to them. He would start the flow of the battle up this time around instead of being pinned down to one opponent like last time. That’s not to say he didn’t enjoy squaring off against Paine it was just he preferred to have a choice of targets as he could test the waters on what he could do to them. Still he would kneed to figure out at least how one of them fights so he decided to let Zest take care of finding out what the woman’s strengths and weaknesses are and he was going to target the blonde. First though he wanted to make sure they could handle any surprises headed their way and cheered, “We got this!” It worked last match so in his mind it might be helpful to try and use the tactic again. He wasn’t the smartest of fighters so all strategy would most likely be instructed by Zest if needed, but since the match was only just starting it wouldn’t be too much of an issue to do things by himself at first. He then rushed the other blonde and thrusted his sword towards the young man and should he dodge he would pivot his position and thrust right back at him. Should either of these two hit the opponent he would then slam his sword down of the target and hopefully induce knockdown. Actions Taken:1. Tidus used Cheer upon Zest and himself. (Raises party’s Strength by one tier and lowers incoming damage by one tier) 2. Tidus used Sonic Buster on Ramza. (Charges through opponent twice and then slams them down dealing medium damage and causing knock-down) @zest Ramza Beoulve @crowe

◄ HAVEN'T YOU HEARD WHAT BECOMES OF CURIOUS MINDS? Taking notice of Ramza arriving, it also appeared the opposing side had some sort of knight. Well, at least her ally could keep true to his self of not attacking women in this battle. Both opponents were quite clearly men to her. Whispers suddenly followed as Crowe listened to his ally bring up his actions. She smiled, “it's all fun and games, but do remember this is a tournament. We shall see how this match plays out,” she responded while scanning over the two opponents, “not really any indication of a mage this time.” Crowe hoped the two facing them weren't too tricky to deal with, “I'll reinforce you,” she continued whispering, “the athletic one might be the bigger problem of the two, depending on whether they're simple close quarter fighters, but something tells me they got their own tricks.” Honestly, if they had passed into the second round and having seen her opponents in the last bout. She didn't expect either to just swing around a sword without having either some abilities behind it or have a measure of skill. Possibly even both. The two knights also made their declarations and Crowe took a step back to check on the initial start. Seeing the athletic opponent leap forward from the get-go, Crowe called out: “For Hearth and Home!” This shout would enhance Ramza's defenses to both magical and physical attacks. Adding to it, she activated Attack Code upon Ramza to enhance his physical strength as well. Jumping further back, air started to spimal into her hand before she launched a ball of storms towards Tidus with Aeroga. Actions 1. Used For Hearth and Home to enhance Ramza's defenses. 2. Used Attack Code to enhance Ramza's physical attack. 3. Used Aeroga at Tidus. As Zeststood beside Tidus ready to begin, soon enough the fourth combatant in this round had entered. Glancing over at the newcomer Zest listened as the blond-haired swordsman introduced himself as a knight from Ivalice. With everybody here and ready to fight, Zest gripped his blade and held it before himself, getting into his fighting stance. How the two before him fought and what they specialized in was unknown, but they couldn’t just rush in without addressing the situation with some caution. Once again Zest felt the boost in power from Tidus’s cheer and with it, the match had begun.
Although his partner was a bit hasty in his actions, Zest had already assumed this would be the case and closed his eyes with a sigh. Raising his left hand before his chest and waiving it to the side, Zest immediately called upon his spell Saber and utilized it upon Tidus, boosting the blitzball player’s strength. With Tidus boosted by his spell, Zest opened his eyes once more and with it begun to charge forward.
As Tidus focused upon the knight, Zest merely chose to look forward towards the woman as she begun to focus on Tidus as well. With narrow eyes, Zest watched as the air began to spiral into her palm and immediately his eyes widened as he glanced back at Tidus. “Tidus! On guard!” Zest yelled as he immediately twisted his body and tossed his shield towards his partner. Whether the shield would reach his partner in time or whether his partner could make use of the shield was unknown to Zest but the very moment he released his shield he reeled back his sword arm and immediately kicked off the ground with a mighty push. Lunging straight towards the woman he immediately attempted a blow at her as he raised his sword overhead and swung it downwards. It was too early to judge whether she was a mage from just one magical strike, but for now, Zest would aim for close ranged combat.
Actions: 1. Used Saber on Tidus 2. Tossed his shield at Tidus for him to use 3. Dashed over at Crowe and slashed at her
Buffs/Debuffs Active: Cheer Raises party’s Strength by one tier and lowers incoming damage by one tier (2 post duration)
Moves Used: Saber A spell that can be cast by utilizing the giants glove. This spell is a spell of enhancement that increases the warriors strength (1 post duration, 3 post cooldown)

Location: Disney Town Mood: Determined Status: Light Injuries The battle started as the blond man rushed towards Ramza. The Knight of Ivalice readied his sword, preparing himself for the attack. Out of the two opponent, the blond athlete was the one Ramza was most wary of. The other was a knight, and Ramza knew how knights usually fought; even if Zest showed to have some unexpected abilities, Ramza would still have a guideline of what to expect. But Tidus was a mystery, and that made him more dangerous. While the opponent closed in, Ramza felt the familiar tingle of Crowe's supportive magic, enhancing his own attributes. That was, in Ramza's opinion, the team's greatest strenght - they synergistically enhanced each other through their support magic, which allowed both to fight at a much stronger level. Ramza repayed in kind, casting Tailwind on his partner, making her faster and lighter. Tidus finally closed in, and his attack was more mundane than Ramza expected - a dashing slash. Sure, the speed was impressive, but Ramza was a masterful swordsman. Placing the blade at the correct angle and moving it in the correct time, he parried the slash without much trouble. But this is when it became clear Ramza had underestimated his foe. Much like Lea in the last round, Tidus proved to be an agile, slippery fighter. He continued his movement and defied gravity by pivoting his position, coming from the back. Ramza only had time to turn and place his blade in front of him, partially absorbing the impact. The blade prevented him from being sliced in half by the strike, but the kinetic impact still hit him in full, and his arms were sore as he was knocked back a few meters, landing on foot. Crowe's protection was nullified by Zest's and Tidu's own buffs. This, however, left Tidus in the air, his back turned to Crowe's spell. If he could get his wish, Ramza would strike him right back, trying to do a pincer move to take him out early. But, considering his position right now, it didn't make much sense - he was closer to Zest, who threw his shield towards Tidus. Ramza decided to do what he does best - annoy and disrupt. He quickly threw rocks at the shield, knocking him away from its airborne trajectory; the piece fell in the floor with a clang, between Ramza and Tidus. He then turned, intercepting Zest as he dashed towards Crowe. "'Tis unchivalrious to strike a lady, sor Knight. Face me instead!" He roared, delivering three fearsome slashes, his Triple Break skill, each slash reducing one of Zest's attributes if landing successfully.
TAILWIND ON CROWE: 3 MORE TURNS
TAILWIND COOLDOWN: 1 MORE TURN
Summary: Ramza used Tailwind (ACTION 1) on Crowe. Failed to fully protect himself against Sonic Buster. Used Rock Throw to intercept Zest's shield and stop it from reaching Tidus (ACTION 2), and then intercepted Zest himself, attacking with Triple Break (ACTION 3) ✿ EDEL ✿

Tidus ran forward and he knew this young man had talent by the way he parried his attack. It would prove a fun challenge for the young blonde to be fighting someone of his caliber. Tidus gave a coy smile as he did his pivot to continue the attack which seemed to surprise the young man. Though the attack was blocked it still did knock him back a bit which was at least something. It was only the beginning of the match anyways so they were only testing each other’s strengths so no big flashy moves were going to be present yet. He wondered what the female would do with this opportunity, but Tidus kept his attention on the knight he had just knocked back and almost didn’t realize what was about to happen. “What?” Tidus said in reaction to Zest’s comments and saw the shield come flying towards him and was ready to accept the gift only for it to be hit away by one of their opponents. He wondered why Zest was giving him his shield that’s when he realized he left himself open to an attack from their other opponent. “Uh-oh,” Tidus commented on as he braced himself using his sword as a shield as much as possible for the direct hit of the Aeroga. The winds whipping across his body and though his sword protected him mostly he still suffered from some damage due to the attack. “Sin did more damage than that,” Tidus shouted at his opponents in a taunting manor after being hit by the air magic. It’s not like they would know whom he was talking about, but he just said what came to him mind at first. Operation Mi’ihen proved disastrous and even Tidus himself ended up taking some damage from his old man during that. Honestly he was lucky to have survived that ordeal. Still the damage he suffered from the attack made the young warrior pant a bit as he took a second to catch his breath. He didn’t have time to think though as he watched as Ramza went for Zest. Tidus wouldn’t about to let him partner down so he did the first thing he could think of and that was to slow him down. On second thought why not both? Tidus quickly did his chant and attempted to cast Slowga upon his opponents in order to stop them from attacking so much. Afterwards he decided to turn his attention to the female fighter of the group. She was going to be tricky for sure to defeat and if his magic was a sign of her strength then she could probably keep Ramza going for a while. Tidus decided he would tend to her now then and make her focus her attention on him rather than her own partner. Tidus rushed towards the woman sword in hand as the fibers of his ripped clothing swayed to his speed. He needed to slow her down and he had an attack that would prove useful against magic users. When he was in range of her he quickly made a slash at her in an attempt to delay her actions using his delay buster. If the attack hit and if his slowga hit her too she would be fairly crippled from helping her partner out and maybe this could possibly leave them a chance to knock him out earlier in the match. Tidus would wonder why he didn’t use this strategy in the last match, but for now he needed to focus on the current battle and not the actions he had done prior. Actions:1. Used sword to block some damage from Aeroga. 2. Cast slowga upon both Crowe and Ramza. (Slows down the actions of all enemies [reduces number of actions of opponent by one]) 3. Used delay buster upon Crowe. (Greatly Delays targets next attack [Example: If using magic it causes the user to take a form of chant time. For Psychical abilities it causes said abilities to have a slower attack time]) CD:Sonic Buster: 2 posts @zest @crowe Ramza Beoulve

◄ HAVEN'T YOU HEARD WHAT BECOMES OF CURIOUS MINDS? Crowe honestly didn't know what to expect. This match was much more... involved in some ways as the knight was throwing his shield at the athlet only to be knocked away by Ramza. Even when the man tried to rush him, Ramza kept moving in his path. Perhaps she should make use of that and stay at the back. Though, it didn't seem likely for Ramza to keep both at close range constantly as the athletic fighter, Tidus, was suddenly quickly chanting a cast of his own.
A sudden wave of slugginess was brought upon her and Crowe really felt this wasn't good as the man seemed to come her way. Still, her speed had been increased by Ramza only to be slowed again by Tidus. Enhancing herself with Defensive Code, she weakened any physical attacks made upon her as she held up her dagger in a ready stance.
When the slash came, Crowe attempted to block it as well as she could with her dagger. She could feel some pain, but let the slash carry her as she jumped at the time to let the hit throw her away as she tried to use the impact as a way to create more distance. Still, the slowness that was cast upon felt odd and she didn't seem to be capable of much beyond that as she watched what the man would do next. Honestly, she hoped Ramza wouldn't start turning around to attack this man again only to be attacked from behind by the knight. For now she should focus Tidus and keep a watchful eye on the other two in case she could aid them. Actions 1. Used Defensive Code to enhance Crowe's defenses. 2. Blocked some damage from Tidus' Delay Buster and used the slash to launch herself. 3. Removed due to Slowga. Each movement was quick and to the point. Though the match had only begun, it began quite fierce and could build into something more. Zest’s attempt to aid his ally came to a halt as the blond knight intervened with the toss of a rock. Though a simple method, it was quite an effective method that prevented his shield from reaching his ally. Musing on the fact that he should have placed more power into the blow would just weaken his concentration on his objective and with that in mind, he continued to focus on his target.
As Zest begun to reach closer towards his target, his eyes widened as once again Ramza intervened once more. With Ramza being able to intercept him like this it was only assumed that Tidus had trouble due to the spell cast earlier, but Zest was in a bad position. Narrowing his eyes and gritting his teeth, Zest stomped his foot and came to a sliding halt, his feet adjusting to the ground as he faced Ramza’s blade. “To choose to yield my blade at her is no different than yielding this fight, but I shall accept your challenge!” Zest said as he prepped his movements. Though a knight he served no lord, he was a knight that followed his own values and moved his own path. On his travels, he had fought alongside one of the toughest women out there and in respect to that, he could not merely yield his blade against a woman who wished to fight. He would not disgrace that will that brought her to this battlefield.
There was no time for Zest to intercept the slash, but at the very least he got his footing firm upon the ground. Bracing himself, Zest let out a grunt of pain as the first strike made contact with his body, lowering his defense in the process. Narrowing his eyes firmly, Zest immediately swung his Braveheart the moment the blade struck his body and with it his blade clashed against Ramza’s, parrying the remaining two of Ramza’s strikes. As the two blades clashed upon the third strike, Zest merely pushed back in an attempt to make some space between the two while opened the palm of his left arm that remained by his side.
Zest’s sword and shield were almost like an extension of both his hands. Though the shield had been knocked down it wasn’t far from where they stood. With a simple call, the shield began to move telepathically back towards him. Shooting fast and speeding back, the shield once again flew towards Zest’s hand and with it, the knight caught the shield. It was a quick motion but the very moment Zest’s shield of light returned back into his hand, the shield began to glow and spark with energy and it immediately burst forth from Zest’s hand. Like a bullet, it shot straight at Ramza attempting to strike the knight. With the wave of his hand, the shield began to move about almost tracing the movements that Zest directed. With immense speed, the shield moved about from different angles attempting to strike him four times before having the shield strike once more for a final blow that would knock his opponent away.
Actions: 1. Zest is struck by the first strike of Triple Break but manages to parry the other two strikes 2. Zest calls back his shield to his hand 3. Zest uses Ultimate Shield on Ramza
Buffs/Debuffs Active: Cheer Raises party’s Strength by one tier and lowers incoming damage by one tier (1 post duration)
Triple Break Harnessing skills learned as a Knight, Ramza delivers three devastating slashes. Each one applies a debuff, reducing Defense, Strenght/Attack and Speed, in that order. Medium damage. Zest was struck only once and suffers from the defense debuff (2 post duration)
Moves Used: Ultimate Shield At a high speed, the warrior of light immediately tosses his shield at the opponent. Those struck by the shield will be drawn to the warrior who will then telepathically have his shield hit the opponent 4 times. On the final hit the opponent will be knocked backward. (3 post cooldown)
Moves on Cooldown Saber A spell that can be cast by utilizing the giants glove. This spell is a spell of enhancement that increases the warriors strength (2 post cooldown)

Location: Disney Town Mood: Determined Status: Medium Injuries As soon as Ramza intercepted the Knight and started his attack, he felt his muscle tightening, his actions slowing down significantly. One of the two had cast some sort of spell on him - which one, he could not say, neither had time to ponder. He saw merit in the Knight's retort, but again, had no time to consider the validity of the argument - the young Knight was putting his full focus on the attack. The first slash connected, imposing its magical punishment on the adversary, making him frailer, more succeptible to future attacks. The other two, however, were parried with expert skill; the opposing knight was clearly familiar with his blade. Ramza smiled, getting excited by the skirmish - fighting for fighting's sake was never one of Ramza's pleasures, but he could not deny he was having fun on this tournament. Besides, his opponent seemed honorable, making the whole ordeal less serious and more enjoyable. With the third parry, the adversary took an impulse to create some distance - Ramza was determined to not give him that luxury. He moved almost in synchrony, closing the gap again. He was ready to strike again with his blade when something he had never imagined happened - the shield returned to his opponent's hand! As the Knight prepared for some sort of attack with the shield, Ramza cursed his magically-induced slowness - he knew that, with these impaired reflexes, he would not be able to defend himself and keep the pressure going effectively. Thankfully, he had just the right weapon for this situation in his arsenal. As Zest tossed the shield in the very narrow space between the two, Ramza shouted "Chirijiraden!" Drawing from the Samurai arts, energy exploded around him, a maneauver that was both defensive and offensive. Zest's shield was knocked back by the explosion and, possibly, so would Zest, considering the short distance between both warriors. However, Ramza couldn't rest just yet - the deflected shield moved again on it's own, attacking Ramza from the side. The Knight quickly Rushed away from the strikes; he avoided the first and narrowly the second, dashing mid-air due to his defensive ability. Unfortunately, the effects of Slow made it hard to abuse it to its fullest; the third hit connected, and so did the fourth, which hit with incredible strenght and knocked Ramza backwards. The bounced once in the floor before finally stopping. It took him another second to brush of the pain and roll backwards, getting up on his feet once more. He dreaded to think in what state he would be in if it weren't for Crowe's protective spell on him. The young Beoulve gritted his teeth. The Knight managed to create the distance he desired. Ramza readied his blade, planning how to close the gap next turn - or if it would be better to try to blindside Tidus, who was now closer from him than Zest. Decisions, decisions.
TAILWIND ON CROWE: 2 MORE TURNS SLOW ON RAMZA: 1 MORE TURN SHOUT ON RAMZA: 3 MORE TURNS ZEST'S DEFENSE DOWN: 1 MORE TURN
Summary: Ramza used Chirijiraden to protect himself from the shield throw (Action 1). He used Rush to evade the first two shield strikes from Ultimate Shield (Action 2), but took the remaining two.
[OOC: I wasn't sure if deflecting the first shield strike made the Ultimate Shield attack wiff or not. The wording implies that it does (And it works like that in Dissidia, I think), but in order to be safe, I decided to assume it wouldn't. I'm also not entirely sure how are the rules regarding multiple uses of the same skill, if they count as a single action or not. I think pretty much everyone so far has buffed multiple people with one action, so I interpreted that I could rush more than once - but also decided to interpret that Slowga took away one use, to keep things fairer. If I'm mistaken on that point, please someone correct me.] ✿ EDEL ✿

This match was certainly turning interesting quiet fast. Both parties were doing things to help each other or even pulling focus from each other as Ramza and Zest were now in an interlocking fight of their own. This was a lot more interesting probably than watching two battles going on at once to the audience. For Tidus though it was proving a quite fun experience. The fact he had to switch targets almost immediately after attacking Ramza made things exciting. Still he wasn’t about to back down from the fight due to his attacks not knocking the young boy out right away, but for now he had to deal with the woman. As his delay buster made contact with his opponent he noticed she used a dagger to block the force as much as she could. “Alright!” Tidus said with enthusiasm as this meant she was being serious in the fight. He didn’t much like when people doubted his own strength so to see her block the attack filled him up with glee. “Bring it,” he said quickly as he rushed her again this time trying to get a quick hit on her. RQ0h1tmo1-10He knew speed was his best asset to the team so if he could wear her down with a quick series of hits even if she blocked them he could put them at an advantage. So even if she blocked or dodged his attack he would continue his assault upon her. He quickly began to hack and slash at her with a series of eight attacks and afterwards he would jump into the air and do a flip. From the audience a blitzball would be thrown in the arc of his flip and he would kick the ball at Crowe and no matter where it made impact, be it on the ground around or upon her blade, it would explode dealing critical damage. Tidus would of course hope it would hit her and knock her out of the match. As he made his landing he decided to keep things going by buffing the team up a bit more and quickly cast Hastega upon him and Zest. Tidus didn’t want to underestimate his opponents so he needed to keep them on their toes even if it meant showing off some of his more devastating attacks. If his guess was correct they probably had their own surprises waiting in store for them and he wasn’t about to be caught off guard again. “You alright Zest?” he shouted out to his teammate to make sure he didn’t need to intervene in his partner’s fight. Either answer wouldn’t change the fact that he would come helping him if he needed it though, but hopefully he was holding up on his own for now. Actions:1. Tidus used Quick hit upon Crowe. (User rolls a d10 and if the result is an eight or higher the attack doesn't count to their actions.) [Free Action] 2. Tidus then used Blitz ace quickly afterwards. (Unleashes a series of eight attacks followed by an explosive blitzball causing critical damage) [Uses two actions] 3. Tidus cast Hastega upon him and Zest. (Speeds up all actions of allies by decreasing cool-downs by one) CD:Sonic Buster: ready Cheer: 2 posts Ramza Beoulve @zest @crowe 1-10
